Maths was my worst subject, I always used to get a D or E in Maths exams and Collie was angry and he gave me extra homework. I hated that. Jeremy OK, well, my first school ehm I think the place I remember most was the big room where we used to have assembly a big dark hall and it had these pictures of old head teachers and things on the wall, and a piano, oh and I remember the playground we used to go out there in the breaks and it was always raining Erm, another thing I remember is we used to have a uniform it was a green jacket and grey shorts, and we had to wear these grey shorts, even in the freezing cold in winter. Then, there were the school trips that was the best thing, because we didnt have to wear the uniform, and we used to sit on the bus and sing songs, and the teachers were always more friendly on school trips, so it was quite good fun. 3C.1 Mum Daniel Peter Marston! I wanted to get a job and earn some money, you know, so I signed on at the job centre and, anyway, they offered me a job as an assistant in an old peoples home, so I took the job, and ehm well, I quite liked the work, and I stayed there for a couple of years, but it was going nowhere, I couldnt move up in the job I couldnt get promotion without qualifications, so in the end I decided to leave and go to night school. I studied marketing and publicity, I dont know why, but anyway, I did well, and I went on to do a masters. After that, I got a job in an international advertising agency. I worked hard and got promoted up and up, and now Im the head of the design team. So thats where I am now. Its OK. The moneys good, but its not a secure job. You never know where youll be tomorrow.
