After long time of searches , i finally managed to release this post , this post will be like no others in forums , this post that will make you project in one single day!

Heres how to project!! , After long time of researches , and after even experiencing the Astral projection i found that nearly all posts that cannot even explain how to project!! I didnt even believe that this is how to project! When i projected i was like... Oh my god!! What the hell are these people are saying! They cant even explain such things?! Anyways leave all what you readed expect the exit methods , leave all the damn books that wastes your money and in reward all you read is experiences! First of all , you need 3 things , if you have them then you are ready to project tonight. 1- Quite area (( if there are noises just turn the radio on nothing and put it loud so it covers the voice or just get it from youtube or anywhere and put the headphones and play it )). 2- Brain. 3- Human. ^If you have them continue reading.

How to probably project? , is it hard? , i heard you shall practice to do it!, it will take long?!

Trust me , after all my experiences and researches , you can do them in just 3 hours without even training! , do you know why they tell you train?! Because they are not explaining it very well!! This is what pushed me to create this post! Here is how to project!! I will show you my techniques and you will master them right now while reading this post! After you finish this post , you will start the AP right away if you want. ^ Keep reading if you want it badly

So lets start , first of all , You must trick your body to sleep and fall into sleep paralysis by making it thinking that your mind is asleep so it sleeps , how you do it?! Ill teach you how :First lay down on your bed , bend your neck as much as possible but make it relaxed (( this thingy disables the swallowing problems )) put your hands beside your stomach and make your leg straight (( remember to always sleep on your back as it increases your paralysis chance highly )) ^ If you understanded it very well then keep reading

Second , you shall meditate for 45 minutes or 1 hour , for beginners it may go even 1:30 :hour max ! , how do you meditate? Heres how you do it

Close your eyes after you did the first thing , now calm your body very well , you need to close your mouth and stick your teeth together , also put your tongue in a place that you wont move for 1 hour and half , trust me its easier than it seems when i say dont move so dont worry at all

^ If you understanded the above thing very well procced to the next step Now , your eyes which is the hardest thing people cant do! I dont know why but its too easy! , now you shouldnt move your eyes at all!! But how you do it! Its easy , now do this :with me and you will master it right now 1- close your eyes now while reading this post 2- try to freeze it , you will find it very diffcult as it keeps moving! ( try to do it alone for 3 minutes ) 3- Now this is how to freeze it , close your eyes as i said and focus in the middle of your eye lids!! The exact middle! 4- imagine a cube , a dot , anyyythint you want , but keep your eyes looking in the middle! 5- some people will say my eyes opens automaticly , actually it happens because you lost the conceneration of focusing on the middle of your eyes , this is why you are complaining about it , of course your eyes will move but once it do return it to the middle and keep focusing on not moving it again. ^ If you have successfully learned how to move your eyes procced to the next step Now , your breathing , it plays a big role on your paralysis!! , how do i breath exactly? :Heres how you do it Did you know that when you are asleep your body will only breath 1/2 of your normal breath? Those people who says breath deeply is totally wrong , breathing deeply for many times will hurt your breathing system and you will find yourself getting tired automaticly! , so trust me , you only need 1/2 of your half breath and remember to not keep changing your breath!! actually spot it and will stay aware. So what you have to do now is lay and breath only for 1/2 of your breath. ^ if you understand the above thing then procced to the next step

Now your eyebrows , You shall make them totally relaxed! You shouldnt like move them or feel like you are holding them or forcing them or something like that! Just leave them normally and relax them!! It works but you just dont need to move them or make them holded!!!

^ If you understanded the above method procced to the next step

Remember that your mind will find what you are doing is so boring soit will easily make you lose your conceneration , so how you keep it? Heres how you do it :Ill make it as a shortcut and call it (Count) , yes thats all , count your breaths , but not like as 1 2 3 4 5.... , no , count it like this , Breath in ( 1 ) , Breath out ( 1 ), Breath in (2) , Breath out (2).

You are now done , you can now try to project tonight and it will work totally for sure !! But remember to always self trust yourself , Take care and good luck Conclution:Lay on your back and hands besides your stomach , close your eyes and focus on counting your breaths , breath 1/2 of your normal breath , relax , calm your eyebrows , remove all ideas from your head and self trust , Remember you need to learn the exit techniques!! They are easy to learn but you need to find the one which suits you very well and use it!

Caution!! :- durning the try of mind trick!! You will have the following things!! ( itchy body , your body tellnf you that you are not comfortable and you need to move , These all just the beginning!! But when you nearly get in sleep paralysis you will face the strongest level that i even fail on!! Your body will tell you that its not working and you have to give up its just waste of time!! Trust me its very very very very very hard to ignore!! But you must always remember that once you get this feeling it means that you are about to enter the sleep paralysis!! , So just remember kne thing, once you get the feeling on giving up , you have reached around 90 % for the sleeping paralysis! So never give up! Now ill leave you to project , hope you be well and have a safe trip <3
Sorry if theres any mistakes because this post was written in ipad , Also feel free to ask any quesion

Also!!! Biggest mistake you could do is if you try it when you are going to sleep!! YOU are already tired how will you do it!! You have no energy!! , do it after you wake up and on the moment you feel that you have full energy!

1. The half breathing technique was pretty hard at first, but It was very easy after a few breaths. 2. I tried not to move my eyes and tried to keep it still and it was easy too. 3. Now I was totally relaxed, But I was bored, So I just gave up and just opened my eyes. 4. But again, I got some more confidence and wanted to try this, So I gave a second try. 5. All went smooth and I felt the vibrations. 6. Even, My energy was good and I just exited my body without trying much. Easily. After this I did nothing, I got to know that I was late for office, So simple came back and woke up and got ready for office This technique worked perfect I hope it works for everyone, I wish many will post their experiences and analysis here. Be sure you are confident that you "will" project and you "will" project for sure Nice technique brother, Keep it up

@praveen Trust me , its easier than you can even think , and about half breath , its hard because you aint do it softly! , if you breath SOFTly it will be easy even from the beginning!

I tried the technique once again this morning and I projected again. But I felt that this technique works perfect when you do it with WBTB(Wake Back To Bed) technique

@mindsculpt, Just force yourself to breath only half of your breath. After 4-5 breaths, You don't need to force. You will automatically do it Its Easy

I tried the teqnique- it was remarkable. For the first time after almost a Sign Up to see what your friends Like Send like. year of trying, i got to the vibrations. This quickly subsided when i got excited and my heart started beating fast. Its so hard not to get excited. Thank you so much im so happy to have that teqnique- its the best one ever made !

How do you bend your neck, forward backward or sideways cause I have the swallow problem myself? PS The post makes so much since I don't know why I didn't see it myself... TY!

How to bend your neck? Just bend it normally straight , lay on your Like Send back and extend your neck , if you want example like the parrots or birds when they try to see something they extend their neck to max lenght to see , i call this type of birds spys anyways , they make me laugh very much

which exit method would u reccomend together with relaxation technique?

and one more thing, should I block random thought and images that come from my previous life activities while I'm in relaxed state?
