The RTS Learning Center is a Talent Management System exclusive to RTS associates. Associates can manage their career development while managers can monitor their staff's progress. This system also links to FlexTalent for Goal Setting and Performance Appraisals by selecting the Performance tab within the system.

EthicsPoint, Inc is a US-based corporation dealing in regulatory compliance software. As of 2010, EthicsPoint ranked as the 24th largest company in the Silicon Forest. In 2011, Ethicspoint was selected as the top technology-service company by TechAmerica. EthicsPoint was founded in 1999 as a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) vendor leveraging expertise in fraud, ethics and technology. Outlook Web App (OWA), originally called Outlook Web Access and before that Exchange Web Connect (EWC), is a webmail service of Microsoft Exchange Server 5.0 and later. Outlook Web App comes as a part of Microsoft Exchange Server Outlook Web App is used to access e-mail (including support for S/MIME), calendars, contacts, tasks, documents (used with SharePoint or in 2010, Office Web Apps), and other mailbox content when access to the Microsoft Outlook desktop application is unavailable. The most important difference is that Microsoft Outlook allows users to work with e-mail, calendars, etc., even when an internet connection is unavailable, whereas OWA requires an internet connection to function
