TENTANG STANDAR DALAM OPERASI PERTAMBANGAN MINYAK DAN GAS BUMI DAN PENGUSAHAAN SUMBER DAYA PANASBUMI DIREKTUR JENDERAL MINYAK DAN GAS BUMI Menimbang : a. bahwa dalam rangka menjamin kelancaran dan keselamatan kerja pada operasi pertambangan minyak dan gas bumi, dan pengusahaan sumber daya panasbumi, diperlukan suatu standar yang memadai baik dalam bidang bahan, peralatan maupun bidang lainnya; b. bahwa sambil menuggu ditetapkannya Standar Nasional Indonesia Bidang Pertambangan dan Energi, maka dianggap perlu menetapkan standar atas bahan, peralatan dan bidang lainnya dalam operasi pertambangan minyak dan gas bumi dan pengusahaan sumber daya panasbumi dalam suatu Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Minyak dan Gas Bumi; mengingat : 1. Undang-undang Nomor 44 Prp Tahun 1960 (LN Tahun 1960 Nomor 133, TLN Nomor 2070) ; 2. Undang-undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1971 (LN Tahun 1971 Nomor 76, TLN Nomor 2971) ; 3. Mijn Politie Reglement 930 (Staatsblad 1930 Nomor 341) ; 4. Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 17 Tahun 1974 (LN Tahun 1974 Nomor 20, TLN Nomor 3031) ; 5. MEMUTUSKAN Menetapkan

: KEPUTUSAN DIREKTUR JENDERAL MINYAK DAN GAS BUMI TENTANG STANDAR DALAM OPERASI PERTAMBANGAN MINYAK DAN GAS BUMI DAN PENGUSAHAAN SUMBER DAYA PANASBUMI. Pasal 1 Standar yang berlaku dalam operasi Pertambangan Minyak dan Gas Bumi dan Pengusahaan Sumber Daya Panasbumi ditetapkan sebagaimana termaksud dalam LAMPIRAN Keputusan ini. Pasal 2 (1) Standar dalam Operasi Pertambangan Minyak dan Gas Bumi dan Pengusahaan Sumber Daya Panasbumi yang telah ditetapkan berdasarkan petunjuk teknis dari Direktorat Jenderal Minyak dan Gas Bumi dapat tetap berlaku sepanjang tidak diatur dalam Keputusan ini. Standar lain-lain yang belum ditetapkan dalam Keputusan ini, akan ditetapkan kemudian.

Pasal 3 Keputusan ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal ditetapkan.
