Friday Donut Plan

1. An Objective and Instruction sheet of paper outlining what we are trying to do/promote (donuts, team building, etc.), with an explanation and instructions on how to donate.
a. Object statement (Obviously to get donuts. This is mostly just to look nice and professional in case corporate were to have questions) (ex: We at the [company/facility name] attempt to) b. Type of donuts to be bought and their number. c. Anything other than donuts that the money is used for (Milk, Orange Juice, Gas perhaps?) d. Instructions on how to make it happen. i. Give money to [facility manager]. ii. Sign a donation sheet with the amount given. iii. When the goal is reached we will get donuts for the earliest possible Friday. Left over change is placed back into the pool. iv. 2 Per Person during the break/lunch, FFA afterwards. v. How to make suggestions and vote on them. (see line 2.) e. Objective and Instruction sheet should be hung on the wall near any employee information board, and copies made and kept by HR employees and Managers

2. A Suggestion Sheet for employees to give any ideas related to the Friday Donuts Objective.
a. Two lines per suggestion. The employee may place their name with the suggestion on these lines, if they wish. b. To the right of the suggestion (possibly a boxed in section) others may place initials or checks to show support for the suggestion. c. This sheet would be attached to the current O&I sheet. It is scraped when a new O&I sheet is made (likely due to suggested changes).

3. Goal section and Announcements.

a. A section of your given employee Information board simply denoting the current donation total and the goal being attempted. b. Announcements should be made on the board, but should be left brief and direct employees to other sources of information for further details (such as the O&I sheet). These may contain changes to price and the cause, congratulations to someones suggestion and directing employees to inform themselves of the update, or even asking for a driver for the coming Friday.

4. Money and Record keeping.

a. The facility manager will keep an envelope or container for the money, and will give the necessary amount to whomever is picking up the donuts (and anything else) upon successfully reaching the goal. b. The record sheet can be anything, as long as its consistent. Simple lined paper will do. The record sheet will contain the signed and printed names of donators along with their donation amount, plus the running total. i. Upon successfully reaching the goal the record sheet will be closed and a new one made. ii. Closed record sheets will have the recites from the purchases stabled to it and the left over amount verified and written before the money is placed back into the aforementioned container. iii. Records will be kept as far back as two previous successfully reached goals.
