Check if admitted in your Waitlisted Course starting 22 March 2013 (Friday) Pre-enlist only after your course assignment has been finalized Slot in the program where you originally qualified will be made available to others if accepted in your Waitlisted Course. 1

ADVANCE PLACEMENT EXAMINATION (APE) Notes: For incoming Freshmen only except BS Math majors - not allowed to take APE for Math 11 and Math 14 Math 60 (Precalculus) for incoming Freshmen BS Math only Those who will take and pass a course through the APE need not enroll the course anymore. Please be at the venue by 8:30 am for Math 11 and Math 60 and 1:30 pm for Math 14. Bring during the Exam Black or Blue ink pen, Examination Permit, ID card bearing picture and signature of student.

G. National Service Training Program (NSTP)

Under the NSTP Act of 2001 starting AY 2002-2003 all freshmen, male or female, must take 6 units of any of the following: Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS) Literacy Training Service (LTS) Reserved Officers Training Program (ROTC)/Military Science

H. Enrollment Privileges

The following are granted enrollment privileges upon submission of required documents. Dependents of UP faculty and personnel (submit HRDO approved Application to Study at Reduced Fees) Barangay/ Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Officials (Certification from DILG or Municipal/ City Mayor regarding incumbency, place of residence must be near or within the University)

Cont. Dependents of Barangay Officials (Birth Certificate of student, certification from DILG or Municipal/City Mayor regarding incumbency of parent, copy of parents income tax return not exceeding Php 72,000) STFAP if not yet available at the time of registration, you may opt to pay and have fees refunded once the results are released.

I. Deferment of Enrollment NOTE: DEFERMENT IS ALLOWED FOR ONLY ONE(1) YEAR.

NEW FRESHMEN WHO WILL NOT ENROLL THIS FIRST SEMESTER AY 2013- 2014 WILL HAVE TO WRITE A LETTER OF DEFERMENT ADDRESSED TO THE UNIVERSITY REGISTRAR OF THE UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES DILIMAN. However, you still need to do the following: If already qualified to a program, confirm online for reservation of your slot or you may submit the reply slip to the Office of the University Registrar, University of the Philippines Diliman. If still interested in your waitlisted course, confirm online. If a DPWS qualifier, confirm online and fill out form for 3 choices of program according to your preference for the processing of the final course assignment to assure you of a course upon return from deferment.
