Discussion Currently only Weekly/Monthly Jobcodes are used at Westfield Reports, Queries might get impacted when Jobcodes are re configured What should be the new criteria for the reports run by Monthly/Weekly jobcodes? HR does not have any reports, only the Payroll team generates these reports Jobcode Optimization has impact on EPM, it will be handled by the ETL tool Structure has to be finalized by the business Job Family needs to be decided ( i.e Division, ..) How does 9.2 works- CRP ( May1st) ASCO code has currently 7 levels, and it should come on Job Code profile and not on the position data Customization ASCO Code to be converted from Position data into Jobcode Discuss with business on ASCO code historical information Marktet Pay watch can be utilized further based on the Jobcode classification - Not to be used Salary plan is associated to Position ID and not to the Jobcodes Non base compensation is not used currently because allowances are employee specific.
