ADMIN PANEL CONTROLS

Default Admin Login Credentials: Below are default admin login (back end) credentials. After logging in, click on Admin Panel link from top menu. User: super.admin@nano-bazaar.com Password: 123456 DASHBOARD: This is Admin panel dashboard contains following details. Like New Order, New Users, New Suggestions. Latest Suggestion: Display 5 records brief information. Latest Users: Display 5 latest users registered to site. Last Orders: Displays last 5 orders. Latest Gigs: Displays Latest 5 gigs. ORDER TAB: Order tab display the list of 10 orders details. Edit Order: To edit the Order details. Delete Order: To delete Order. Activate/Deactivate Order: Admin can activate or deactivate orders. Sorting of Orders: Sort record by ID, Gig, Price, Buyer, Time, Created.

USERS TAB: Display the 10 latest users records. Add User: To add user and define its role as Admin/user. After adding user a registration mail Will be shot to user with activation link. User have to verify this link to activate his/her account on site Or admin can manually activate the user form user list at User Listing page. Find User: To search user by : first name, last name, email, username. Sorting of Users: To sort the user records by id, name, email, balance, city, registered date. Edit/Delete/Activate/Deactivate/Show Profile. CATEGORY TAB: Displays 10 latest category added. Add Category: To add new category. Search Category: To search category by. Sorting Category: To sort the record by Category Name, Description, date created. Edit Category: To edit category. Delete category: To delete category. Activate/Deactivate Category: To activate/ deactivate category. Deactivate categories will not be displayed Anywhere in front end.

GIG TAB: Provide listing of 10 latest gigs. Add Gig: To add gig form backend, Required category, price and users to be added before adding new Gig. Tags to be added will associate gigs having similar tags. Search Gig: To search gig by title. Sorting of Gigs: To sort the gig record by id, Title, Price, Category, Owner and Created. Edit Gig: To edit gig details. Delete Gig: To delete gig. Activate/Deactivate: To activate/deactivate gigs on front end. Only owner will be able to see the deactivated gigs in My Gigs. Featured: To make gig featured or remove featured. Featured gigs will be listed top on home page with featured flag. FEEDBACK TAB: Display 10 latest feedback provided by buyers. Search Feedback: To search feedbacks by gig title, users and feedback content. Sorting of Feedbacks: To sort the feedbacks by id, gig title, user, feedback content and posted date. Edit Feedback: To edit feedback posted by buyer. Delete Feedback: To delete the feedback. Activate/Deactivate: To publish/un publish the feedback on gig detail page over front end. WITHDRAWAL TAB: To display 10 latest records of withdrawal requests. Admin can Accept/Reject the withdrawal request posted by users. Admin have to manually transfer the amount to users paypal account before Accepting. By using edit feature admin can post comment on relative withdrawal request. Admin should post comment before rejecting withdrawal request. Both action accept/reject will shot a email to user email address to notify them. Search Withdrawal: To search withdrawals by status and users name. Edit Withdrawal: To edit withdrawal status. Delete Withdrawal: To delete withdrawal request record. SETTINGS: Admin need to set the site parameters Meta data setting: To set Site Name and Meta data. Currency Setting: To set Base currency like USD or any that paypal support (Should be 3 Capital letter as mention by Paypal) . Minimum withdrawal limit, user can not request less amount form this limit. Percentage commission(%) commission applied for gig price. Seller get = Gig price commission(%) Email Setting: use SMTP setting for host server specific, or PHP mail.

Facebook Setting: need to register the site over facebook, then apply the parameter provided to facebook connect work. Site logo: To change site logo.

ADMIN PROFILE EDIT: There can be multiple admins to perform admin operation, this is for editing email address and details. Admin related mails will be come to this account like contact us etc. LIST ADMINS: provide the list of admin privilege users accounts.

GIG PRICES: This is a multiple price based script. Admin can add multiple prices. Add Price: To add price. Search Price: To search price record by price and comments. Sorting of Price: To sort the price record by id, price and comments. Edit/Delete/Activate/Deactivate: Deactivated price will not be listed on front end. TAGS: To display 10 latest tags record. Add Tag: To add tags. Search Tag: To search tags by name. Sorting of Tag: To sort tag by id, name and created. Edit/Delete/Activate/Deactivate

DELIVERIES: To display 10 latest records of deliveries. Delivery is corresponding to orders. After successful or pending payment order and corresponding deliveries created. Delivery is to track the order status. Search Delivery: To search delivery records by gig titles and user(buyer). Sorting of Delivery: To sort the delivery records by id, gig title, buyer and delivery time. Edit/Delete/Activate/Deactivate

EMAIL TEMPLATE: To list email templates Fixed. Search E-Template: To search email template by keyword. Edit/Activate/Deactivate CMS: Content Management System Manage Pages: To list the static pages Add page: To add new static page linked at footer right bottom. Search page: Search page by page title. Sorting of page: To sort the pages record by id, page title, meta title, keyword and created. Edit/Delete/Activate/Deactivte

Manage Pages: To edit the content of fixed static pages. List only fixed pages. Sorting of pages: To sort the page by id, page title, meta title, meta keyword and created. Edit/Activate/Deactivate MESSAGES: To display records of messages transfer between buyer and seller. Search Message: To search the message by subject. Sorting of Message: To sort the message record by id, delivery id, from, to(users), message, message status and posted date. Edit/Delete FAVOURITES: available. SUGGESTIONS: To display suggestion posted by users. Search Suggestion: To search suggestion user posted by users name and suggestion. Sorting of suggestion: Sorting of suggestion by id, user who posted, suggestion and posted date. Edit/Delete/Activate/Deactivate

FRONT END
HOME PAGE: Home page of the site contains all the details. Login with Facebook: At the top upper right corner there is a facebook connect link, you can loging to site and use the site functionality with your facebook login account. You have to allow to access your facebook details to create a dynamic account with nano-bazaar. Home Tab: The home tab is for reaching at home page from anywhere in site. Join: Join tab is for registration process. Sign In: For login into site account. Language Selection: You can select your preferred language form here. RSS FEED: This will list the rss feed of latest posted gigs over site. Search: You can search gigs by specifying keyword in search box. Like gig title and description should contain that keyword. Suggest Gig: You can suggest gig if not find on site. For suggesting a gig you need to login to site account. Select the category and post the desired gig. After suggestion posted a email will be shot to admin about a new suggestion posted over site. Suggestion List: There are other suggestion posted by other user, You can direct contact them by clicking over their name(login required) This will contact the suggestion poster by shoting an email and a inbox entry.

Gig List: In the middle of home page gigs are listed. you can filter the gigs by (Latest), (Most Popular) and gig price. featured gigs will be listed at the top of all. Like/Dislike: You can like or dislike a gig to improve its rating(login rquired to perform action). liked gig will be listed in (Stuff I like). Share: You can also share the gig over facebook and twitter. Order: To order a gig. Footer: Footer contains General:- The general static pages like Terms of Service. How It Works Contact Us Help Other Info:- There will be a list of static pages added by admin.

USER MENU OPERATIONS


Profile: User can update their personal details by (Profile) tab at Top menu. Change Password: User can change there password any time by top (menu-> Profile->Change Password). Stuff I Like: From profile->Stuff I Like will list all gigs liked by you. You can remove the liked gig form here. Post New Gig: Registered user can post new gig on site. (Seller Acc->My Gigs) My gigs page will display all the gigs posted by you. You can perform Add,Edit and Delete operation. After posting a new gig an email will send to your and admin about successfully posted gig. Gig will show inactive state. Admin will verify the gig then activated the gig will be displayed to frontend. Contact Seller: You can contact to gig seller via contact seller link at gig details page. Seller Acc: When user receive orders, it get listed in seller account with corresponding order status. New Order: New order received by seller (also being notified by email). With the option of Accept or reject. - If seller accept the order a confirmation email will be sent to buyer that its order have been accepted by seller. - If Seller rejected the order then an Order rejection mail will be send to buyer and his paid amount will be refunded to site account. Inprogress: When seller accepted the order. Ststus of order changed from (new/pending) to inprogress. Rejected: Rejected order by seller will be listed in this category.

Completed: When selller delivered the order to buyer then order status will changed form inprogress to completed. Verified: After receiving delivery buyer have the option to create verify or bug. Money will be transfered to seller account only when order is verified by buyer. Issue: When buyer find any issue in delivered order. Buyer will create bug in order and order will be listed in issue category with delivery option to resend the order delivery.

My Gigs: All the gig posted by user will be listed in my gigs page. User can (create/update/delete) gigs. See the status of gigs whether gig is (active/Inactive). Balance: Balance page display user account status. User can request for withdrawal anytime. User need to specify his/her paypal email so admin can transfer amount to paypal account. User can see the record of withdrawals he made and there details. Inbox: Inbox is for messages received or sent by user. inbox: Inbox contains all the messages received by user, regarding contact seller, contact suggestion poster, order delivery, order verify and order bug etc. User can delete the messages. User can read the message, download attachment if atached with message. Message also having a reply option where user can send quick reply to message sender. outbox: Outbox contains all the messages sent by user to keep the record of sent messages. User can read and download attachment if presented with sent message. Buyer Acc: User buyer account is where user purchased gigs will be listed with payment status like pending, completed and denied.

USER FRONT-END ACTIONS


Registration Process: To create an account with nano-bazaar click the join tab, this will show the registration page. Your Email & password will be your login credentials. As you fill all the required filled correctly, An email will be shot to your email address with a link of Activate Account. You need to activate you account by clicking the active like in Account Registration email. As you will redirect to site on sign in page and a Account Activation email will be send to your email address notifying the account activation with your login information. NOTE:- If having any difficulties you can contact to admin by (Conatct Us) link at footer. Forget Password Retrival: To retrive new password, you need to go to sign in tab -> forget password provide your registered email address. New password will mail to your email address. Post Suggestion Process: If the user wants to post suggestion first he need to login to his/her site account then on right side in (Suggest Gig) select the category first then post your

suggestion gig. An email will be sent to admin about new suggestion posted admin have to verify first then only admin will publish the suggestion it will get listed on front end. Contact Gig Seller: User need to first login to his/her account. Choose the seller gig from home page goto detail page of particular gig, where Contact Seller link will be appear. Click Contact Seller will open a contact seller form fill the detail and post. Seller will be notify by an email and an entry in his/her inbox. NOTE:- User cannot contact him self from his/her own posted gig detail page. Gig Order Process: User need to login his/her site account first. Click on the order button on home page or from gig detail page. This will redirect user to order confirm page where all the gig related information will be displayed. User will have two option to order a gig. Pay by Account:- User can pay via his/her site account Only if having sufficient balance. NOTE:- This option will not appear if user not having sufficient balance to order a gig. Pay by Paypal: User can pay via his/her paypal account. After Successful payment user will be redirected to site with successful message. If IPN is set by admin then user will be notify later on. After successful payment an email will be send to Buyer and Seller to notify. Buyer will received an email Successfully order Gig. And seller will receive an email You have received New Order. Seller Order Operation: User as seller of gig. When seller received new order he will be notify by an email of You have received New Order. Seller can accept or reject order. Seller need to login his/her account to accept or reject order. From top menu goto seller acc tab where all order will be listed seller can filter orders by various states od order. Reject: Seller can reject new order this action will notify buyer with an email of Your order is rejected. Order payment will be automatically refund to buyer site account. Accept: Seller can accept the new order received. This will notify buyer about his order is accepted by seller with an email notification Order accepted. As the seller accept the order this will set the order start date, delivery date and order status to inprogress. Seller is being required to deliver his/her order on time to receive good feedbacks from buyers. Seller will seen the delivery option on accepted order. Seller can deliver order any time after acceptance of order. Link of delivery will redirect seller to send delivery page where seller will be notify about his/her delivery is on time or delay. Seller need to attach order or proof of order completion before sending so that buyer can verify the order. As the seller send delivery it will be listed in seller outbox with an attachment, An email will be send to buyer about delivery of order with an entry in his/her inbox. Seller will receive order amount only after buyer verify the order delivery.

NOTE:- If buyer didnot respond to delivery of order with in grace period set by admin. Delivery will be auto verified and amount will be transfer to seller site account. Buyer Order Delivery Operation: After delivery received by seller. Buyer will notified by email and inbox entry. To create a (bug/verify) delivery buyer need to login to his/her site account and form buyer acc tab at user menu it will get listed all orders he/she bought. Delivered order will show option for create (Bug/Verify). Verify: Buyer need to verify the order delivery. If buyer verify the delivery amount will be transfer to seller account with an email notification Congratulation! your work is verified. and Inbox message entry. Bug: Buyer can create bug in delivery if he/she is not satisfied with delivery. This action will send message to seller and admin about bug created in delivery. If buyer create a bug in delivery seller get notified and there will again appear a option of delivery to re-send corrected delivery. Same process will follow buyer can again create bug/verify. User Withdrawal Request Process: User can anytime request admin to withdrawal his/her site account money. User need to login to site account. Form top menu (Seller Acc->Balance). User have a restriction set by admin of minimum withdrawal amount, user can not request less amount specified by admin. Various validations are presented cannot request more then available balance etc. User will fill the amount he/she wants to withdrawal and send. This will notify admin about Withdrawal request received by an email. Admin have option to accept/reject request. Admin have to manually transfer the amount for his paypal account to requested user paypal account then he will have to accept the request. This action of admin will notify user by an email Withdrawal is successfull. with deduction of requested amount from users site account. Admin can also reject withdrawal request will providing some comment about rejection. Withdrawal history record will be listed on user balance page. NOTE:- User cannot request more then one withdrawal. If a request is already pending. User have to specify his/her paypal email address by edit profile option before making withdrawal request to admin.

A. For creating your own Facebook application ID, log in to facebook and visit http://www.facebook.com/developers/createapp.php Click on "Set up a new application"

Provide your application details then go to Website tab from left. In site URL, provide complete URL with ending back slash, e.g. http://www.nanobazaar.com/ In site domain, provide just the domain name without http and www, e.g. nanobazaar.com Click on save changes and it'll take you to application setting main page where you can find app ID, key and secret. Enter these details under settings on Nano Bazaar.
