10-Year Note (1.701) Annual, monthly and semiannual value levels are 1.981, 2.035, 2.476 and 3.063 with daily and weekly pivots at 1.700 and 1.698, and semiannual risky level at 1.413. Comex Gold ($1401.7) My daily value level is $1280.7 with weekly, annual, semiannual, monthly, quarterly and annual risky levels at $1490.8, $1599.9, $1719.2, $1723.4, $1808.3 and $1852.1. Nymex Crude Oil ($87.91) Daily and quarterly value levels are $85.15 and $79.66 with weekly, monthly and annual risky levels at $90.43, $98.93 and $115.23. The Euro (1.3052) Weekly, semiannual and quarterly value levels are 1.2843, 1.2797 and 1.2169 with a daily pivot at 1.3064, and annual and monthly risky levels at 1.3257 and 1.3668. Last weeks closes provide a negative divergence for the major equity averages as they straddle five-week modified moving averages at; 14,440 Dow Industrials, 1550.0 S&P 500, 3221 NASDAQ, 6058 Dow Transports and 927.09 Russell 2000. My overall neutral zone is between my semiannual value level at 14,323 and my semiannual pivot at 1566.9 S&P 500 with annual and semiannual pivots at 5925 and 5955 Dow Transports, and my semiannual risky level at 965.51 Russell 2000. In my TheStreet.com stories I have been talking about the Dow Utilities, which have taken over the leadership role with a new multi-year high set Friday at 528.13 with its all time high at 555.71 set in January 2008. Utilities are up 16.5% year to date versus the S&P 500 up 9.0%. Daily Dow: (14,548) Semiannual, monthly, quarterly and annual value levels are 14,323, 14,286, 13,755 and 12,696 with a daily risky level at 14,691, its all time intra-day high at 14,887.51 set on April 11, 2013. S&P 500 (1555.3) Quarterly and annual value levels are 1448.7 and 1348.3 with daily, monthly and semiannual pivots at 1564.9, 1565.8 and 1566.9, and weekly risky level at 1597.5. NASDAQ (3206) Quarterly and annual value levels are 3106 and 2806 with daily, weekly and monthly risky levels at 3241, 3302 and 3289, and semiannual risky level at 3583. NASDAQ 100 (NDX) (2780) My annual value level is 2463 with daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly risky levels at 2817, 2854, 2839 and 2819, and the September 21, 2012 high at 2878.38. Dow Transports (6034) Annual and quarterly value levels are 5469 and 5324 with daily, annual, monthly and semiannual pivots at 6017, 5925, 5960 and 5955, and the all time high is 6291.65 set on March 19, 2013. Russell 2000 (912.50) Annual and quarterly value levels are 860.25, 809.54 and 807.82 with daily, weekly, monthly and annual risky levels at 915.06, 950.22, 958.79 and 965.51. The SOX (416.97) Quarterly and annual value levels are 357.61 and 338.03 with a monthly pivot at 419.96, and daily and weekly risky levels at 422.21 and 432.04. Dow Utilities: (528.03) My semiannual value level is 474.63 with quarterly and daily pivots at 524.16 and 527.57, and weekly and annual risky levels at 536.52 and 540.37.
