This ABC Phonics chart is great for students who are learning about the sounds that each le8er makes. This can be used as a whole class review, interven>on ac>vity, and can also be sent home for addi>onal prac>ce. The ABC Phonics chart can be used: For students who are at the beginning stages of le8er recogni>on, have them say A is for apple, a, a, a. This allows them to prac>ce with Capital and lowercase le8ers. For students who are learning le8er sounds, have them say A is for apple, /a/, /a/, /a/. As students progress, the ABC Phonics chart can be cut up and used as a puzzle. The teacher will say, Im looking for a le8er that sounds like /w/. The student would nd the correct strip.
