Part A (40 marks) Case Study Questions Read the case study, The Global Sourcing Wire Harness Decision from WOU website, Library, MyDigitalLibrary, E-course reserves, Procurement Management, Unit 3, TMA 2. Question 1 (a) What are the total costs per unit if Sheila purchases from Happy Lucky? [5 marks] (b) Based on cost calculation in this case study, justify which supplier you would recommend for selection. [5 marks]

Question 2 If you were in Sheilas position, propose and explain another three (3) supplier selection criteria you would consider besides total cost per unit. [10 marks]

Question 3 Discuss any four (4) potential challenges of global sourcing related to this case study. [20 marks]

[20 marks]

Question 3 Our Unit 4 course materials mentioned about five procurement negotiation areas. Propose and justify two procurement negotiation areas which are most important for Samsung Electronics Co., the worlds largest maker of TVs and mobile phones. [20 marks]
