    NYSDOT MILLING AND PAVING ON STATE ROUTE 3 NEAR GREAT BEND, JEFFERSON COUNTY Please be advised that the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) will be milling and paving on State Route 3 between Great Bend and Deferiet, Town of Champion, Jefferson County. Work will begin on or about Wednesday, May 15 and is expected to be completed by Friday, May 24. Variable message boards are being deployed notifying motorists of the work and traffic will be controlled by flaggers and a pilot vehicle.
