The Commercial Servicing department is responsible for handling the end to end functions related to the Commercial Loan servicing, commercial asset management and commercial due diligence business for Ocwen. The Commercial Servicing department is seeking an experienced professional in the role of a Commercial Loan Servicing Associate. This position would provide a wide range of support services to the team to facilitate the achievement of department goals and objectives. This position would report to Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities: Payment processing and postings on Real Servicing. Tax and insurance monitoring including maintenance of escrows. Loan Boarding. Payoff processing and postings. Update financial data of property into Real Servicing. Update loan data into Real Servicing Prepare borrower statements and letters, as and when required. Update data required for reporting files including, but not limited to - loan setup, loan periodic update, property, and financial files. Assist as necessary with general loan management activity reports. Enforce and follow commercial policies and procedures. Enforce and follow the procedures laid out for individualistic tasks/assignments.

Key Result Areas: With minimal supervision, provide high level of support to the team and clients by ensuring compliance of loan servicing policies and procedures, excellent customer relations, and high quality work product. Accuracy 100% Turnaround time On Schedule

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with Accounting/Finance preferred. Knowledge/experience of US/Canadian mortgages an added advantage. Working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook. Excellent reading and comprehension skills. Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal.

Average Analytical skills to understand job deliverables. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multi-task.
