Will YOU RECOGNIZE the Two Witnesses???

That is a seemingly BLUNT question, and I have NO, ZERO, NONE DOUBT that MOST of the Greater Church of God will answer something to the effect; Of COURSE I will!! I have MY DOUBTS; and I FIRMLY BELIEVE that MOST, but a SMALL segment of the Church will MISS, or NOT RECOGNIZE the Two Witnesses. Well, let me RE-PHRASE that a bit. MANY in the Church WILL RECOGNIZE the Two Witnesses BUT NOT IN TIME. Its ALWAYS easier to SEE things AFTER the FACT. And the MANY that FINALLY SEE the Two Witnesses, will SEE them IN THE TRIBULATION!! Kinda a lil LATE isnt it??!!

SO LETS BE SURE YOU ARE NOT IN THAT NUMBER

Lets start with a FEW FACTS, and they are FACTS. 1: There WILL BE Two Witnesses 2: For MANY years the Philadelphia Church Era BELIEVED that it WAS Herbert W. Armstrong. This has ALWAYS BEEN quite a conundrum for me. God TRULLY BLESSED the Church as the PINNACLE OF TRUTH. Yet in THIS the Church SEEMINGLY got it WRONG! Gerald Waterhouse PREACHED at most, insinuated at least, that Mr. Armstrong and his assistant would be the Two Witnesses. God SEEMINGLY BLESSED Gerald Waterhouses effort, yet he WAS WRONG??!!! The Church has MOVED AWAY from these BELIEFS and now LOOK at it; NO BLESSING to be found!!! So God SEEMINLY BLESSED a WRONG belief; and now has SEEMINLY CURSED a RIGHT belief! Lets REMEMBER Satan is CUNNING, and VERY OFTEN gets us to believe the OPPOSITE! So the Church AS IT STANDS NOW is WRONG even though they THINK they are RIGHT. And the Church THEN was RIGHT, even though we THOUGHT we were WRONG. So I am GOING TO STATE EMPHATICALLY RIGHT NOW WITHOUT WAVERING; THAT HERBERT W.

ARMSTRONG WILL BE THE Two Witnesses. In fact in a way BOTH!!

Now this statement will OF COURSE be greeted with a STRONG level of incredulity; The man is

DEAD! How can he be the Two Witnesses??

Yup, you THINK Ive finally LOST it, havent you? Fine, IF you THINK that, I think it is MORE than SAFE to say that you PROBOBLY will be among those that MISS the Two Witnesses, as YOU are THINKING PHYSICALLY, and NOT SPRITUALLY. (Ezekiel 13:3)

Lets see HOW God HAS worked before:

Now it came about in the 30th year of the 5th day of the 4th month while I was by the river Chebar AMONG THE EXHILES the heavens opened up and I SAW VISIONS OF GOD. On the 5th month in the 5th year of King Jehoichins exile THE WORD OF THE LORD CAME EXPRESSLY TO EZEKIEL the priest, son of Buzi IN THE LAND OF THE CHALDEANS by the river Chebar, AND THERE THE HAND OF THE LORD CAME UPON HIM. (Ez 1:1-3) Now, Im no mathematician, but THIS is a LONG time ago, in a land FAR, FAR AWAY. So WHAT did God GIVE HIM, and WHO did God tell him to GIVE it to, and most importantly HOW, BY WHAT MEANS??

God was SENDING EZEKIEL (vs 4) to a REBBELIOUS HOUSE ISRAEL (vs 4-5 &7). And BY WHAT MEANS does ALL THIS HAPPEN?? As he SPOKE TO ME THE SPIRIT ENTERED ME and set me on my feet; and I HEARD HIM speaking to me.(2:2) Moreover, He said to me, Son of Man, TAKE INTO YOUR HEART ALL MY WORDS WHICH I SHALL SPEAK TO YOU AND LISTEN CLOSELY (3:10). Then THE SPIRIT LIFTED ME UP (3:12) So THE SPIRIT LIFTED ME UP. (3:14) Sooooo, HERE we have a MESSENGER chosen a LONG time ago, to REACH a people FAR into the future; the People of Israel of TODAY. If you are THINKING PHYSICALLY this is a FOOLS ERRAND, an IMMPOSIBLE TASK. The VERACITY of the Bible is AT STAKE here. IF this DID NOT happen as stated then the Bible is just ANOTHER of Book of Fables; there is NOTHING to rest your faith on. And WHAT IS WORSE. IF IT DID, then the Church is in SERIOUS, SERIOUS TROUBLE!!! When you THINK ABOUT IT RATIONALLY for MANY in the Greater Church this is a NO WIN SITUATION!!!

Im NOT SURE which Id prefer, Faith in VAIN, or VAIN Faith??

Im PRETTY SURE that MOST in the Church BELIEVE that Ezekiel DID RELAY the Message; I just think we do NOT like to THINK about THE MEANS, as THE MEANS carries SERIOUS RAMIFICATIONS. Ezekiel DID RELAY the Message, but he DID NOT GO IN HIS OWN PERSON; somebody else was to CARRY IT! This Message was GIVEN BY THE SPIRIT, it was written down, and we are to TAKE IT TO HEART, and LISTEN CLOSELY. Can you REALLY LISTEN CLOSELY to the Message WITHOUT listening to the Messenger? Im NOT so certain of that, NOR would I BET my life. It was GIVEN by God BY THE SPIRIT. It was RECEIVED by the future Messenger BY THE SPIRIT. It was SPOKEN by that future Messenger BY THE SPIRIT. And it WAS to be HEARD .. BY THE SPIRIT!!! So IF you ARE NOT HEARING THE Message any longer, YOU HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM!!!!

So the Church HAD/HAS a PRECEDENT that HAS BEEN BLESSED, and has been PROVEN. WHY do some have a PROBLEM with it now? If they believed it THEN and it was OF THE SPRIT, if it is NOT BELIEVED now; the problem can ONLY BE A PROBLEM OF THE SPIRIT!

THE EZEKIEL PRECEDENT

THE EZEKIEL PRECEDENT IS:
A SPIRITUAL Message can be RECEIVED by a PHYSICAL person. That person CAN DIE, but the Message is RELAYED. The Message is LATER PICKED UP AND CARRIED to it FINAL HEARERS by ANOTHER. This is all SPIRITUALLY SEEMLESS. ONLY IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT THE PHYSICAL does it SEEM that the Message has changed.
Now, USING this GOD GIVEN PRECEDENT, we can SEE how NOT ONLY did Ezekiel SUCCEED in RELAYING his Message to END TIME Israel, but he SUCCEEDED BEYOND anything he could PHYSICALLY IMAGINE. The END TIME Ezekiel Message was GIVEN using Herbert W. Armstrong as the PHYSICAL

Messenger. The SPIRITUAL was SEEMLESS, only the PHYSICAL COMPONENT CHANGED; and it was DELIVERED in a GREATER WAY than those that INITIALLY RECEIVED it could have IMAGINED.

Now, LET ME EMPHASIZE THIS.. IT WAS THE SAME VOICE/MESSAGE. This is the POINT you need to LOCK IN. This is a FOUNDATIONAL POINT. This is an IMMUTABLE TRUTH. The MODE CHANGED the MESSAGE/VOICE DID NOT!!

It WAS Ezekiels MESSAGE given VIA Herbert W. Armstrong.

This is becoming a FORGOTTEN TRUTH to the Greater Church of God. And ONCE you LOSE this TRUTH, you ALSO LOSE THE PECEDENT which PROVES it out. If you LOSE the PRECEDENT, you ALSO LOSE THE MEANS TO PROVE OUT future MESSENGERS. You will be SUBJECT to your OWN UNDERSTANDING (Prov. 3:5). And MOST IMPORTANTLY you WILL NOT SEE the NEXT Messengers sent to the Church and the World TILL ITS TOO LATE!!

APPLYING THE EZEKIEL PRECEDENT

It is COMMON KNOWLEDGE that the Church as a WHOLE with a few isolated exceptions ONCE BELIEVED that Herbert Armstrong And his assistant would be One of the Two Witnesses.

So LET me ASK AGAIN, was the Church WRONG??

NO! And I want to say that AGAIN EMPHATICALLY:

NO!!!

Mr. Armstrong and his assistant WILL BE the Two Witnesses! It will be the SAME VOICE, SAME MESSAGE; the ONLY difference will be in the PHYSICAL person/s. It will be the SAME VOICE! It will be RECOGNIZED

ONLY BY THOSE that have NOT FORGOTTEN that SPIRITUAL VOICE. IT will be HEARD by those that HAVE NOT CLOSED their ears to SPIRITUAL UNDERSTANDING.
Just AS Herbert W. Armstrong went to the World with the Ezekiel Message GIVEN by God, it PASSED THROUGH Herbert Armstrong in a SEEMLESS SPIRIT. The Two Witnesses will be RELAYING a Message that PASSED THROUGH Herbert W. Armstrong, and PASSED THROUGH Ezekiel, who RECEIVED it from the Lord, who RECEIVED it from the Father, AND IT WAS SEEMLESS!
Now let me make this EMPHATIC! As Mr. Armstrong might say; Let me make this PLAIN!!

IF YOU DO NOT RECOGNIZE HERBERT W.ARMSTRONG AS THE VOICE OF THE TWO WITNESSES, YOU WILL NOT RECOGNIZE THE TWO WITNESSES!
It is just THAT simple & SEEMLESS
