The Parkside Community Center has 2 WiFi hot spots available at the Center provided by Cox Communications to all Anthem residents that have Cox internet service at their home. To access the WiFi, Cox internet customers just need to enable their wireless on their laptop or mobile device and open a web browser once the device connects to a Cox Wireless Internet Hotspot. The browser will show a Cox login screen where Cox internet customers will enter their cox.net email address and account password in order to access the WiFi. We have found that Apple device users (iPad, iPhone, etc) are no longer able to use the Safari browser to login to the WiFi. We recommend downloading the free Google Chrome web browser and using it to access the login screen and WiFi. If you have any questions, please contact Jaclyn Revis.
