Introduction: 1. Reason to choose topic: 2. Objectives:

Topic: Rewarding individual employees throught Variable-pay programs applied in Vietnam Through this topic, we may find out the taste of Vietnamese employees in how they were encouraged by the compensation. Thereby, apply to the analysis of satisfaction of employees and to recommend the suitable measures for the firms.

The employees in our research were classified in two groups depended on what kind of company they work for: state enterprises or non-state enterprises.

State enterprises are enterprises in which the state owns over 50% of charter capital. Non-state enterprises are enterprises with one or more individuals and / or private organizations owned holding over 50% of charter capital. 3. Research Questions: How to variable-pay programs distributed in Vietnam? The actual difference between state and non-state enterprises in rewarding individual employees by the comensation. How do employees expect about the compensation? What element does affect employees taste?
