Abstract Literatures [1-9] suggest that blood circulation plays the role of basic timer when brain processing
information; and suggest a quantitative model of brain information processing.Literatures [10-12] introduced details of the
quantitative model.This article introduces more details,including 2 parts.Part1 discusses how timing control function of blood
circulation effects Homo-LTD and Hetero-LTD; Part2 discusses details about group of cells being in a state of excitement
synchronously.
