Hello Maam, I have gone through the training session of Geoprobe which was given by the Diaka. It is very helpful for me to understand the traces. But for investigation of any issue, we need more information as there are lot of filter parameters available in the tool. I wanted to understand the function of all those parameters. So if we have any documents or any links for the WS & Geoprobe, request you to share with us.

Greetings Team, I want to do a quick team poll on Wireshark and Geoprobe understanding and trace capability across the team. My expectation is that every team member is comfortable with running WS or Geoprobe traces. If I were to ask you today to run a WS or Geoprobe trace in conjunction with an investigation/outage situation please vote yes. If not, please vote no. I am doing this simply to understand whether or not we need additional training setup. We have had previous trainings so if you have not reviewed these please do so. Everyone on the team must develop an understanding of these tools and be able to use them as some of you may be called to utilize these while on call. Please let me know if you have any questions about these tools that I can compile so they can be addressed. By the end of this month, I want to receive confirmation from everyone on the team that they are able to utilize these tools successfully.
