Affidavit of Support

I certify that I am willing and able to provide financial support for _______________ while he/she is studying at Boston School of Modern Languages. I understand that my financial commitment includes tuition, housing, and living expenses for the student and all accompanying family members. I understand that the minimum requirement is $2,500 per month of studies for the student and an additional $500 per month for every dependent traveling with the student. I make this affidavit for the purpose of assuring Boston School of Modern Languages that the identified student will not become a public charge in the United States. Official documentation of my financial resources (a bank letter on bank stationary and/or bank statements) accompanies this affidavit of support. I promise to notify Boston School of Modern Languages if at any time I must discontinue providing for these expenses. I acknowledge that I am aware of my responsibilities as the sponsor of the person named above.
