Vanguard 2 - Guardsmen of the Forest -What hindering methods can you potentially apply with your class? Are those any sort of lock? What do they prevent? Explain their effects. -What skills do you have that passively have a support role in combat? How can t hose help your allies? -Spar with experienced combatants from two different classes, identify the pluse s and minuses of your combat and advance further in detailing what can you do to improve it. -Be promoted to Sentry in the Wardens. -Name 5 combatants from each city and their profession. -complete 2 electives Vanguard 3 - Guardian of the Forest - Explain the different roles people can have in group combat: such as damage, h indering, and afflicting. What skills can you use for each role? - Lead a scouting trip to Veil Garden. Become familiar with the layout. Explain how the siege works and develop a strategy for defending each. Point out changes you'll make if we w ere sieging. - What can be done to prevent or at least difficult the movement of a foe? How c an that work in group combat? And what is the fitting of it in attacking? And in defending? - Be promoted to Guard in the Wardens.

-complete 2 electives Vanguard 4 - Defender of the Forest - Spar with the tester and discuss it thoroughly afterwards. - Participate in a skirmish for the villages or a siege. Combat must actually ta ke place. Have a leader confirm your participation. Write a report. Include who was in your party and what profession they are. Who opposed you and what were their professions? Could you tell who th eir leader was? What tactics were employed by either side. -Focus on two other specializations from yours. Examine them in depth. What can you do to prevent most of their attacks? And what is the best strategy in your opinion for the one s knowing them? - Contribute with a combat-lore related scroll or greatly improve an existent on e for the Guild or contribute with a work for reflexes for the Wardens. - Be promoted to Forest Walker in Wardens - complete 2 electives Vanguard 5 - Warden of the Forest - Spar with a new and willingly to learn combatant. Teach him some of your knowl edge afterwards. He must message the Master of the Blades with what he learnt from you. - Develop a specific strategy for use when fighting with someone of another clas s. Be specific: what skills will you use, in what situation. Will the strategy work better in so me situations than others? - Present a head of an enemy of Elvandar or the Queen's Guard to your tester - Lead a combat party for villages, siege, or protecting our citizens. Have a me mber of the party confirm your leadership. Report on who was in your party and what profession the y are. What strategies did you plan to use when you started? How did your plan change durin g the excursion?
