Job Description Designation: Business Development Manager for Noida, Gurgaon, Delhi and nearby import/export markets of North India. Required Skills: 1. In this profile candidate is required to talk/meet Chief Financial Officers or Managing Director of our potential corporate clients which itself is a very responsible and challenging task requiring extremely good skills of marketing. So candidates who are ready to take this challenge and ready to work dedicatedly with us should only apply. 2.Exceptionally good written and verbal communication skills and convincing ability. 3. Ability to engage and influence corporate clients. 4. Should have basic understanding about Financial Markets. 5. Should be ready to completely indulge in job.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand and work towards established business targets.

2. Identifying new corporate clients and preparing pitches and proposals for Forex Hedging and Commodity Hedging requirements of corporate. 3. Preparing client and firm profiles. 4. Fixing meetings with clients after initial conversation with corporate clients by himself/herself. 5 Converting the initial discussions into business deals. 6 Business Innovation, developing current business & newer business strategies for aggressive growth of the company. Qualification: 1. MBA (Marketing - Major, Finance- Minor)

CTC: Gross Salary : Rs 15-20 Lakhs/annum depending on the calibre of the student. Fixed Salary : 3.5 Lakhs/annum - 5.0 Lakhs/annum (again based on the capability of the student). Variable : Upto 15 Lakhs(depending on the targets achieved and subject to minimum targets to be clearly defined at the time of interview) Travelling + Mobile Expenses incurred by employees during working will be reimbursed at actual by the company.
