Downtown Partnership created an initiative to fill vacant storefronts, both temporarily and long-term, and reenergize dormant street-level

spaces. Operation: Storefront ran through 2010 to 2011 in order to match individuals or groups seeking space for creative enterprises with available first floor spaces in Downtown Baltimore.
Vogue de Novo - 411 N Charles Street Vogue de Novo is a vintage clothing store selling high-end womens clothing, jewelry, accessories, and shoes. Vogue de Novo has been open for business since August 2011.

Royal Razor - 304 W. Baltimore Street Royal Razor is a multicultural, modern barbershop with expertise in the timehonored art of barbering. In Summer 2012 Royal Razor opened its doors to customers looking for an urban barbershop with a professional atmosphere. www.royalrazor.com In/flux - 307 W. Baltimore Street In/flux was an exhibition space created by Maryland Institute College of Art sculpture professor Sarah Doherty. From April 1, 2011 to May 31, 2012 the gallery showed works related to new and experimental media, installation art, and video projection installations.

Jody Davis Designs - 110 W. Saratoga Street Jody Davis is a Baltimore fashion designer whose work has featured in Essence magazine. In April 1, 2011 Davis opened her first freestanding store, allowing for clients to come and experience her creations. www.jodydavisdesigns.com Baltimore Open City - 104 Park Avenue The Open City Pop Up was a spin off of a Maryland Institute College of Art exhibition Baltimore Open City. The interactive art exhibition ran July and August of 2011, and featured weekly lectures, readings and acoustic music performances. www.baltimoreopencity.com Sandtown Millworks - 1. E. Lexington Street Sandtown Millworks is an artisan furniture store, repurposing unwanted wood from old Baltimore rowhouses into tables, chairs, and household accessories. Sandtown Millworks used their space from June 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011 as a showroom and gave potential clients a chance to view and purchase their craftsmanship. www.sandtownmillworks.com D:center Baltimore - 218 W. Saratoga Street D:center Baltimore is a non-profit organization of planners, architects, engineers and designers united by the idea that good design can change the world. D:center featured artistic and educational exhibitions from May 5, 2011 through May 31, 2012 www.dcenterbatlimore.com

Everyman Theatre Education and Outreach - Westside Everyman Theatre is a local professional theatre dedicated to producing accessible, affordable, quality plays. Since January 2012 the Theatre has been using their spaces for education and outreach programming, and has expanded its classes and summer camps. www.everymantheatre.org

E.M.P. Collective - 306 W. Redwood Street E.M.P. Collective is a multi-media arts collaborative, featuring a monthly rotating gallery of local and national visual artists, film screenings and multi-media theatrical events. E.M.P. Collective has been putting on multiple events per week since opening on September 20, 2011, and has been exuberantly showcasing the arts. www.empcollective.org
