Most of your daily activities may be broken down into these major groups: Personal care (showering, getting dressed, and so on) Working Studying Time in class Exercising Recreation (such as watching television, socializing) Tending to others (parenting and care-giving) Cooking or eating Sleeping Commuting

Review your time log and answer the following questions: 1. Based on your time log, do you think you manage your time wisely? Somewhat 2. What do you spend the majority of your time doing? Working 3. How can you alter (or remove) activities to stop spending so much time on things that are not important? Add more time at work to do homework. 4. If you removed activities, how could you replace them with short-term, goal-oriented tasks? Take at least 30 of my lunch to read or homework. 5. What techniques will you use to adhere to a productive schedule, fight procrastination, or avoid stress? Workout and make a to-do list to organize my day better. Answer the following wrap-up questions when your time management log is complete: How does your Part 1: Self-Evaluation answers correlate with your actual time log? They both show how I manage my time. Does your log reflect the priorities you outlined in Part 1? If not, what changes do you have to make? If so, discuss why. Yes it does. There is one change that I realize I could use is coming home after Army PT. Instead of me coming home I could shower at work and use that extra to complete my discussion questions or reading. Can you use what you do with your time at work or home to help with school, or vice versa? Yes, I can use some time at work to read and use my phone to complete my replies.
