Raw Tomato Soup


4 sun-dried tomatoes, soaked in warm water for 15-20 minutes 2-3 fresh tomatoes, cut in half 1 green or red bell pepper 2 cloves garlic 2 Tb. olive oil 1/2-1 cup fresh basil cayenne pepper to taste Himalayan or sea salt to taste water if necessary

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender (I recommend the Blendtec or the Vita-mix) and process until smooth.

Serving suggestions:
Add chopped cucumber, avocado and additional fresh basil (or other herbs such as cilantro or rosemary) to taste.

Been looking for a raw tomato soup recipe? At the height of summer, when tomatoes are flowing out of my garden, I like to experiment with new tomato recipes. This soup was the product of one such experiment. It's a simple recipe that's oh so satisfying. It's a fantastic tomato soup without any of the harmful salt and other spices you find in a cooked version.

Ingredients:
Serves One: 1 1/2 lbs tomatoes (different varieties will vary the taste) 2 celery stalks 1 Lemon

Liquefy the tomatoes in your blender. Add in the celery in chunks. The trick is to mix in the celery, but leave it a bit coarse. The lemon can be added in to taste. When I make this for others I'll give them the lemon on the side and let them handle it.

Notes:
Having a halfway decent blender can really make a difference on soup and dressing recipes. Whenever I'm asked for recommendations, I always suggest a vitamix for my tomato soup recipe.

Cut the tomatoes in quarts. 2. Put all ingredients in a high speed blender. 3. Blend for about 2 min. 4. For garnishing you may add some fresh pepper. avocado, pesto, basil leafs, pine nuts, pieces of tomato or onion. I absolutely love this soup, especially when it's warm outside. This soup was very very good and we did finish the lot, despite it being twice as much as even these soup fiends would normally have at a sitting. I shall be working on the recipe to get it to our particular taste, but for this first time I made it reasonably close to the original (well, I upped the seasonings a tad) and would have been delighted to have it anywhere and anytime!

Am sa incerc in cele ce urmeaza sa fac un rezumat al magazinelor online care comercializeaza printre altele si produse pentru bucataria raw. 1. Si doar stiti ca fac prajituri relativ des. Acelasi principiu se aplica si in cazul celorlalte produse. In afara acestui aspect, au termenul de valabilitate destul de indelungat, deci nu trebuie sa va faceti probleme ca expira.

Totodata atrag atentia asupra unor reguli de depozitare a uleiurilor si fructelor oleaginoase:

absolut TOATE uleiurile presate la rece cat si semintele, nucile se pastreaza la frigider deoarece pastrate la temperatura camerei pot rancezi usor. Semintele si nucile le pastrez in borcane curate si inchise iar uleiurile in sticlele lor originale.
