Alden Memorial Chambers on Tuesday, Evening, September 25, 2007 at 7:00 P.M. on a petition of the Medford City Council to amend the Zoning Ordinances of the City of Medford, Chapter 94 as follows: # City of Medford Amendment to Revised Ordinances Chapter 94 Zoning # Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Medford that the Revised Ordinances of the City of Medford be further amended in Chapter 94 to change the classification of the (Paper 07-459 cont) premises at 135, 129, 125 and 119 Alexander Avenue and 116, 122-124, 130-132 and 138-140 Bonner

Avenue particularly describe on Exhibit A attached hereto with the general description as follows: Beginning at a point at the intersection of the center lines of Alexander Avenue and Pierce Avenue, and thence running northeasterly along the centerline of Alexander Avenue a distance of 244.74 feet; thence southeasterly a distance of 20 feet to the north easterly corner of Lot 63 as identified on the City of Medford Assessors Map V-10; thence southeasterly along the easterly side of said Lot 63 a distance of 90.00 feet; thence northeasterly along the northerly side of Lot 39 as identified on the City of Medford Assessors Map V-10, a distance of 56.51 feet; thence southeasterly along the easterly side of said Lot 39 a distance of 90.00 feet to the south easterly corner of said Lot 39; thence southeasterly a distance of 20 feet to the centerline of Bonner Avenue; thence southwesterly along the centerline of Bonner Avenue a distance of 301.25 feet. 07-570-Offered by Councillor Marks Be it resolved that raised crosswalks be installed at Lund Road at the intersection with Cedar North and Fells Ave at the intersection with Watervale to slow down speeding cars in the interest of public safety. Further be it resolved that the current speed limit of 25mph be reduced to 20mph in the Fulton Heights neighborhood in the interest of public safety. # 07-572-Offered by Vice President Lungo # City of Medford Call for City Election Tuesday, November 6, 2007 # BE IT ORDERED: that in accordance with the provisions of General Laws of Massachusetts and the Revised Charter of the City of Medford, insofar as the latter is applicable, the City Clerk, be and he, is hereby authorized and instructed to notify and warn such of the inhabitants of the City of Medford, qualified to vote and the law requires, to assemble at the several polling places as designated in this order for and within the several precincts where they are duly registered voters on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2007, then and there to give their ballots for the nomination of respectively: # One (1) Mayor to serve for a period of two (2) years from the first Monday in January, 2008, to be elected by and from the qualified voters of the City at large. # Seven (7) members of the City Council to serve for a period of two (2) years from the first Monday in January, 2008, to be elected by and from the qualified voters of the City at large. # Six (6) members of the School Committee to serve for a period of two (2) years from the first Monday in January, 2008, to be elected by and from the qualified voters of the City at large. # BE IT FURTHER ORDERED: that the following named polling places be and they are hereby designated to be used at the City Election to be held on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2007. # (The said polling places to be open at 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.) # Voting Precincts # Ward 1 Precinct 1 Andrew Middle School, 3000 Mystic Vly.
