A reasonable person, upon review of the facts in this matter, would probably conclude that the Supreme Court of Israel is engaged in the conduct of simulated process and issuance of simulated decision records - large-scale fraud on the People... The Human Rights Alert (NGO) submission to the UN Human Rights Council of the United Nations says: A court, which refuses to certify its own records, is certified corrupt!

Former Chief Justice of the Israeli Supreme Court Aharon Barak. Under his tenure, new electronic record system were implemented in the Israeli courts, which are opined as large-scale fraud on the People of the State of Israel. The systems mimic systems, which were implemented in the federal and US courts a decade or two earlier.

Occupy Tel Aviv Encampment, July 31 - repeat request was filed with the Israeli Supreme Court for certification of "judgment" record in Zernik v Minister of Justice et al "True Copy of the Original". [1] In response to a previous request for certification of the "judgment" record, the Supreme Court provided a record that cannot be deemed valid certification (see the purportedly certified judgment in attachment to [1]): a) The record was not certified "True Copy of the Original", but "Copying is True to the Original". b) The certification was by an unnamed person of unknown authority, not by the Chief Clerk or the Magistrate of the Court, as authorized by law. c) The record bears numerous stamps of the Seal of the Court, all of them stamped only by halves .

d) The record was provided with no authentication letter. This is not the first incident of this kind. In a previous incident, false certification was provided by "Chief Clerk" Sarah Lifschitz. Sarah Lifschitz has occupied the office of Chief Clerk of the Israeli Supreme Court for the past decade with no lawful appointment letter. The issuance of the previous false certification my Ms Sarah Lifschitz was subject of Fraud Complaint with the Israel Police. [2] Subject of the petition [3] is regulation, passed in 2004, which permitted the Director of the Administration of Court to introduce unspecified changes to the Regulations of the Courts in the process of implementing new electronic record systems in the courts. The petition claimed that such regulations: a) Violated the principle of separation of branches b) Violated the principle of publicity of the law c) Enabled unprecedented corruption of the Israeli courts over the past decade. The petition was summarily denied, but the Supreme Court refuses to certify the "judgment" record. In courts that originate from the English common law, request for certification of court decisions "True Copy of the Original" is the simplest way to document the issuance of simulated judicial records. [4] The Human Rights Alert (NGO) submission to the Human Rights Council of the United Nations was incorporated into the 2010 Periodic Review Report regarding Human Rights in the United States, with the note: "corruption of the courts and the legal profession and discrimination by law enforcement in California". [5] Unprecedented corruption of the courts is central to the current socioeconomic crisis both in the US and Israel.
