Abstract
The relationship between the policys vision of strengthening people in politics and administration carry out the two
concepts, which came from the policy of political development and the policy that emphasizes a development to socio-economic and
peoples self management. Under the specification of constitution and special laws, such as the law of council development politics,
the political developmentt plan and the law of institution for community organizational development, have been making the
processes of integral support to participate in politics, socio-economic and peoples self management. Peoples organization will
formal accept and have a right to appropriate participation under the law of political development. Combination of the two policies
will have affected to promote the strengthening people in those. However, these have a limited law that is no more broadly, and a
political is not real practice due to a problem of ethic and moral in the politics and administrative management.
