A word from the Management...

Spring is finally here and we at Castle Hill are very excited about it! The change in weather has inspired me to start training for the Ealing Half Marathon in September, which I will be running to raise funds for the MS Society. I will be setting up a fundraising page shortly, so please keep an eye on our facebook page for details; www.facebook.com/pages/Castle-Hill-Property-Services/358116017629621?ref=hl We held our First Time Buyer's Seminar on Thursday 18 April, where a number of buyers learnt about the buying process and had the opportunity to ask their questions and air their concerns about mortgages, conveyancing, shared ownership and lots more. Our in-house mortgage adviser, Nigel Cully (from Charles Derby Wealth) explained how the process of getting a mortgage works, as well as the documents people will need for their first mortgage appointment. Our conveyancer, Jenny Cartledge from Lawrence Hamblin Quality Solicitors explained the legal aspects of buying a property and the associated costs for the buyer. We were honoured to have the Mayor, his wife and son in attendance and were extremely surprised to receive a special award from the Mayor for supporting his charities (we have been collecting money on his behalf in the local community). Charity Update
Our friends at the Ealing MS Society have organised a 'Blind Beer Tasting' event on June 27th 2013. It will take place at the Botanist pub in Kew and guests will get to try a range of beers and ales (brewed in the pubs micro brewery) and try to match the taste to a number of descriptions.
