Worked as a summer intern in Design and Manufacture of commercial and industrial electronic products. Using Cadence Orcad design tools and programming development platforms in C. Completed full designmanufacture cycle of a piece of test equipment. Production work including soldering and construction of products shipped to customers.

Volunteer for Student Robotics

Elected position on the committee, Surrey branch leader and mentor for Student Robotics, a robotics competition for 16-18 year olds held at the University of Southampton. Teaching teams both team building and leadership skills, as well as technical knowledge into electronics and programming. Managing the community by organising socials and making sure communication between branches is good. Aid in the setup, running and take down of the main competition and events.

Skills and Interests


Experience with Cadence Orcad schematic and PCB design tools. Proficient in C and have also previously programmed in Python, Assembly, Arduino and Basic. Experience in both Subversion and Git revision control systems. Computer Literate with skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, Basic Adobe Photoshop skills, Intermediate Linux knowledge. Maintain my own electronics blog (ultimationee.blogspot.com) to which I post activity on personal and course projects. My A -level coursework, which recorded and played back audio without a microcontroller, has been featured on another popular electronics blogging site hackaday.com. Active member of Electronics and Amateur radio Society, working towards building a quadrocopter by the end of this year. Clean British car driving license. Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology.
