E.g. Both sources are similar in stating that Singapore companies benefit from venturing abroad. This is clear from source A which states I viewed my failure as an asset more than a drawback and used my experience to direct business ventures into new areas that proved to be more successful such as the transnational business space located in Malaysia. However, source B states that they have learnt the importance of being innovative and catering to the needs of the local market in order to succeed as the source states that Kuwaitis have a sweet tooth. Yes, I can believe what source C tells me that venturing abroad is beneficial because Singapore is able to tap on benefits by expanding to other countries. This is clear from source C which states the importance of going regional because countries like China and India are prospering. This is supported when I make a cross-reference to source F which clearly illustrates how FTAs make it easier for companies to venture abroad and reap economic benefits because of improved relationships between countries. I know this because source F mentions how FTAs deepen economic partnerships and are paving the way for businesses to reap tangible benefits. E.g. No, I cannot believe what source C tells me about the benefits of venturing abroad because not all companies are successful as it often depends on chance and opportunities. This is clear from source C which states the difficulties of doing business where many have war stories and scars. This is supported by source E which demonstrates how countries are bound by various conditions and red tape when venturing abroad thus hindering their ability to reap maximum economic benefits. This is evident from the source where the leg labeled Singapore is tied down with sticky glue to US free trade condition.
