1: how will you get project ?

we can get projects by sucessfull presentation of RFP( request for proposal) or POC( proof od concenpt) infornt of the customer. once customer is happy with POC than customer and service provider will have agr eement which is called SOW (statement of work). project normally executed in 3 modes or 3 types of billings : fixed bid -- customer will have clear clarity on the requirements what he wants. customer will promise the amount of X$ for Y work. service provide can requite any number of associates and work on requirement by keeping his margins in profitability. time and material (TM) : in this kind of work customer and service provider may not have fullfledge clarity on project implementation, therefore service provide r provide resources hourly billing wise. in T&M we would be having onsite and offshore team memebers will diff hourly bil lings. if resource is working from offshore, based on the designation of the resource s ervice provide will charge 20$ to 50 $/hr. if he is onsite charges would be 65$ to 140 $, numbers vary from client to clien t or from service providers or depends on the resource. mixed : most ofthe support projects will fall under this category. as a support project there would be some fixed amount, to monitor DAC or to sche dule or managing servers. any minor enhancement (<160 hours) will be done in T&M process. 2> brief about project ? -->
