Day 1: Arrive Barcelona Upon arrival, be transferred to your hotel. Free at your own leisure until the next day. Day 2: Barcelona breakfast, lunch After breakfast, make your own way to the meeting point and join a guided coach tour. Visit the Cathedral, the Gothic Quarter, Sant Jaume Square, the Port and the Olympic Village. We also pass the Columbus Statue, Montjuic, the Olympic Stadium and St Jordi Palace. Cable car up to Montjuich Castle. Free time to visit the Spanish Village and taste Catalan cava and take lunch. Afternoon, visit Gaudis Park Guell, stop at Sagrada Familia. See Monumental Bullring, Lleo Morera, Ametller and Mila houses. Lastly visit Santa Maria del Mar church. Day 3: Barcelona breakfast Morning at leisure. Evening, make your own way to the meeting point for a walking food tour to experience Tapas. A good way of gaining a better insight into the city is to discover its gastronomic culture: an essential ingredient in its cultural heritage. This walking tour features just a selection of the wide range of culinary delights to be found in Barcelona. We will take you through the streets of the old town where you will discover the history of our gastronomy through some of the shops and markets which date back from the 19th century. These include Boqueria Market (one of the most famous markets in the world where you'll have the opportunity to try some of the fruits they have on sale), Escriba Patisserie, Cafe de la Opera (the eldest cafe in the city), Petritxol Street and its artesian shops, the famous 1827 Fargas chocolatier, Planelles-Donat (the well-known hard noughat makers), El Magnifico Coffee shop (with more than 25 coffee varieties to offer), and La Ribera District with its wine bars and where you'll try some wine at Vinya del Senyor wine bar. You will experience up to 13 stops in total. Day 4: Barcelona breakfast Today, make your own way to the meeting point for a shopping express to La Roca Village. Spend your day shopping till drop! In the evening, make your own way to the meeting point and spend an evening with a difference at Flamenco El Cordobes while enjoying a unique performance and having a drink. Day 5 Depart Barcelona breakfast At leisure until be transferred to the airport for your journey onwards.
