Main idea of this training is to educate young people and youth leaders in the field of entrepreneurship, to encourage them to release their creativity and to directly support them to develop and carry out their ideas, in order to encourage them to find solutions for employment.

Why this training?


Because it will: Provide participants with theoretical and practical knowledge on what stands behind the term "Entrepreneurship"; Involve young people from Europe in entrepreneurship projects; Offer support to participants for the development of entrepreneurial initiatives and ideas; Develop entrepreneurial thinking in the non-formal learning way; Improve skills of participants for self-development and self-employment; Develop innovation, creativity and basic business development skills; Provide space for sharing experiences, knowledge and ideas; Strengthen partnerships and networking at local, national, regional and European level through Youth in Action;

Why is it for you?


Because you are youth leader/youth worker who: 1. is working with young people in their everyday reality 2. is able to work in English and your age is between 18 and 30 (few exceptions allowed) 3. is involved in the field of youth employment and/or social inclusion 4. has knowledge and practice of non-formal education and learning 5. is committed to applying their newly gained skills in their communities and within their respective organisations

What is the language of the Training?


English.

Where will you stay?


Venue of the participant will be the historical town of Sremski Karlovci (Northern Serbia) in "Eco centre" hostel situated in the centre of town (www.ekoloskicentar.org). Organisers will provide accommodation, 3 meals and 2 coffee breaks per day. All additional meals, drinks and other personal spending, participants will cover for themselves. More information will be provided in INFOSHEET to the selected participants.

Travel Costs?
70% of the total travel costs will be reimbursed ONLY for the cheapest way of transport; Travel costs will be reimbursed by bank transfer after submission of travel documents from participants side; Travel by car will be reimbursed with prior approval of organizers! Participants must keep all travel documents (tickets, gas bills, travel agency invoices and boarding passes) as organizers are able to make any reimbursement only on the bases of presented documents.

Visa Costs?
100% of total visa costs will be reimbursed by bank transfer together with travel costs. Keep all the original receipts and tickets! Please start with the visa process AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, because it can take longer time than you estimate. If you need any help, feel free to contact us.

Deadline for applications: Friday 23rd of August 2013.


ONLY COMPLITED registration forms will be admitted. Registration forms sent after the deadline will NOT be accepted and as the organizers, we will automatically search for another partner organization. Also, in the case that chosen participant cancel his/her presence on the Training, the sending organization is required to replace him/her as soon as possible with another member of their NGO. The participants will receive confirmation and detailed Info-sheet one week after.

Who is organizing the Training?


BalkanIDEA Novi Sad (BINS) is a youth NGO that has been working with young people on local, national and international level for over 10 years. It is dedicated to improving the quality of young people's lives on different levels and through different methodological approaches, while recently it has been focusing on employability and inclusion of young people. Together with its partners, BalkanIDEA Novi Sad has implemented a number of training courses in the framework of Youth in Action programme so far. On the other hand, team for this activity is well experienced in the topics related to the course, as well in developing and implementing projects under the Youth in Action Programme. South East European Youth Network (SEEYN) is a network organisation involving 19 member NGOs from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo (UNSCR1244), Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia. It is an attempt of overcoming differences among societies that have recent tradition of conflicts through bringing young people from the entire South Eastern Europe region to work together. The vision of SEEYN is to achieve a stable region with developed mutual understanding without prejudices among young people through their mobility, co-operation, and active role in society. SEEYN aims to promote pro-social values, peace and understanding through grassroots volunteer exchanges, advocacy actions and capacity building in organizations. www.seeyn.org
