Plana FORMAs #StrikeAPose Photo Official Contest Rules The Plana FORMA #StrikeAPose Contest starts on July 29,

2013 at 12:00AM and ends on August 29, 2013 at 11:59PM. Winner will be announced not later than August 31, 2013. ELIGIBILITY: The contest is being conducted by Plana FORMA. Participation in the contest is limited to individuals who are currently enrolled in any classes of Plana FORMA. HOW TO ENTER: During the contest period, valid contest entries will be accepted via Facebook, Instagram or Twitter application. A person entering the contest must take a photo wearing any Plana FORMA shapes striking pose learned in Plana FORMA. Each time a contestant tags a photo with the #StrikeAPose hashtag, and submits a photo through Facebook, the contestant is agreeing to comply with these Official Contest Rules. Photos may be submitted by contestants via any of the following: Facebook Contest Page Instagram (uploaded with #StrikeAPose, @planaforma and caption) Twitter (uploaded with #StrikeAPose, @PlanaFORMA and caption) All entries, including photos, become the sole property of Plana FORMA for use in its sole and absolute discretion and will not be returned. Photos will be screened for appropriateness before being considered for voting. Photos that are inappropriate in nature or do not include a Plana FORMA clothing in the image will be void. Appropriateness of the photos is at the sole and exclusive discretion of Plana FORMA. Contestants can submit only one photo during the contest period. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter. You understand and agree that you are providing your information to Plana FORMA and not to Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter. WINNER SELECTIONS AND NOTIFICATION: At the end of the contest period, the representative of Plana FORMA will select winners from the valid entries made during the contest period. The contestant who entered the winning photo will be notified by Plana FORMA of his or her selection as the winner. Winners will be announced not later than August 31, 2013. The selection of the winners will be determined by the highest number of votes garnered during the contest period. The contestants selected as the winner must meet the eligibility rules before being awarded. The winning Contestant will be notified by mail, phone, and/or e-mail by Plana FORMA. If Plana FORMA is unable to contact the winning contestant or the winning Contestant does not in comply with these official contest rules, the prize will be forfeited and, in Plana FORMAs sole discretion, an alternate contestant will be selected as the winner.
