Warranty Terms & Conditions

 In case of kitchen sinks, the lifetime warranty is limited to the breakage of


kitchen sink only due to the manufacturing defect.
 The customer should inform the nearest dealer or the company immediately,
in case any manufacturing defect is detected.
 The company can demand the copy of cash memo/bill from the customer.
 This warranty is extended only to the original consumer purchaser of the
product. This warranty does not cover shipping cost, labour costs, or any other
charge for such items as installation or replacement of the product, diagnosis
or replacement of any component part, or any other expense or loss.
 The warranty card must be duly filled in, stamped and signed by the dealer.
The card and the relevant cash memo/bill must be preserved and produced
along with the defective product. If the customer is not able to present the
cash memo/bill and warranty card, the company will not provide any service
or warranty.
 The company undertakes no liability in the matter of consequential loss
and/or damages to the customer or third party due to failure or malfunction
of the product. ANUPAM’S obligation is limited to repairing or replacing the
defected part.
 The defective unit must be delivered at the user’s cost to the nearest
dealer/service Centre.
 The company or its selling agents will undertake to repair/replace the
defective piece within a reasonable period of time and its decisions as to the
nature of the defects and applicability of this warranty is final.
 The company’s liability under this warranty shall in no event and under no
circumstances exceed the price paid by the customer to the company for the
goods stated in the invoice.
 The company will provide home visit which is chargeable to the customer
regarding any complaint and the visit will be made from Monday to Friday
between 10.30am to 5.30pm only.
 ANUPAM reserves the right to examine the product in question and its
installation prior to replacement or repair. Visit charges will apply according to
the above clause.

ANUPAM WARRANTY - TERMS AND CONDITIONS


 For units installed beyond the municipal limits of the area of operation of the
authorized service centre of ANUPAM, or in areas where no service is present,
all expenses incurred in transporting the product and parts to and from the
nearest service centre, as well as expenses incurred towards loading,
unloading, etc will be borne by the customer and will be payable in advance.
 Company’s liability for damages is restricted to repair/ replacement of the
defective piece only.
 In the interest of product upgradation, the company is free to change its
product specifications without notice. In case of spares for discontinued
models are not available, the company may, at its discretion, offer an
equivalent model at a special rate.
 The lifetime warranty time period refers to the lifetime of the product rather
than the lifetime of the consumer.
 This warranty isn’t valid for:
 Warranty does not cover accessories and fittings.
 All coatings, plating, and finish.
 Damages resulting from accidents, mishandling, negligence, exposure
to extreme heat and temperature, solvents, acids, improper care and
cleaning.
 Damages from use of aggressive and abrasive cleaners, environmental
factors, normal wear and tear including dents and scratches;
 Any glass parts, plastic parts or bulbs (if present);
 Damages from mishandling and abuse in transit (if such abuse occurs,
you must immediately file a claim with carrier);
 Labour charges, costs of removal and reinstallation, and any damages
to other property;
 Product failure due to erratic power supply.
 Damage resulting to the unit due to operation in abnormally corrosive
alkaline/acidic atmosphere, and or use of harmful chemicals;

 The Warranty/Service ceases in case of:


 The product is repaired, serviced or interfered with (in any way) other
than by us.
 The product is damaged by normal wear and tear.
 Damage due to handling or failure to follow the recommended
procedures of care and maintenance as detailed in the instruction
manual provided with every product or on our website.
 Environmental factors.

 incomplete installation or incorrect installation
 incorrect operation
 Use of which is not designed.
 The product is used in a commercial environment or used other than
normal, domestic environment.
 Modifications of any nature are made in the product.

 The decision of company with regards to the settlement of all claims under
this warranty shall be final.
 This warranty covers product installed in India only.

warranty card.
