Montri Bus to Suvarnabhumi airport from NIST at 5:20am on Monday, December 9th Flight TG102 departs at 8:00am

Arrive in Chiang Mai airport at 9:20am Bus to Royal Ping Resort takes an hour (arrive around 10:30am) BEGIN ACTIVITIES!

To activities by Song Thaow (strict rules) Leave resort 2:30 pm on Thursday, December 12th to Chiang Mai airport Flight TG1720 leaves at 5:20pm Arrive in Bangkok at 6:35pm, to school by 8:15pm Normal school days to follow

Soft bag. This is to carry everything for the week. Hard cases and roller bags are not recommended. Day backpack. This should be a reasonable size to carry a towel, change of clothes, water bottle, sunscreen, bug spray, and a change of shoes. Swimwear. Board shorts and a t-shirt for boys. T-shirt and shorts with swimwear underneath for girls. Water bottle thats easy to bring in the day pack. The water bottle should be capable of carrying 1L of water. Lightweight sleeping bag Towel Toiletry bag Large plastic bags for wet clothing/shoes Money - maximum 600 baht Torch & spare batteries Insect repellent (plenty) Waterproof sun cream & after sun

Rash top (preferably long sleeved) 1 long sleeve top for sun protection 4-5 T- shirts

A jacket or scarf (the mornings and evneings can be quite chilly)


Walking shoes or old pair of trainers Socks (several pairs) Strap sandals / water shoes suitable for the river (no flip flops or Crocs) Flip flops or comfortable shoes for walking around the resort (optional) Sun hat Underwear Sunglasses 1 pair of long trousers (not jeans)/tracksuit pants for the trek

IPOD players and Mobile Phones are okay for the flight but should be packed away for the remainder of the trip. The trip leaders will be able to contact or be contacted in case of emergency. School and Resort will NOT be responsible for electronics. If you choose to bring them, they are your responsibility.
