Chapter One: Title Here.

A dim light setting atop the desk was all that illuminated the room; giving just enough light to see the back of the chair. The man stood with his hands behind his back, head held high, and feet apart at attention. He was alert, ready for a moments notice of movement should anything come his way. The tension was thick, the silence deafening. "Have you found his location?" A question that demanded an answer. There was a pause between the two, the man standing in front of the desk adjusting his weight. "I do not. However, I have found the location of the university his daughter attends." The man finally spoke, voice deep and void of any emotion. "Hm... his daughter?" "Yes. He hid her in Korea, under the protection of his old partner. If memory serves, his name is Ryu Han Sol. She has taken on the name Ryu Chae Rin. It will not be difficult to go in and take her, and get revenge against her father as you want... The chair slowly began to turn, stopping fully when the men were face to face. Although, he had turned, the shadows still kept his face hidden; hands in plain view as he rested his elbows against the wooden surface, intertwining his fingers. "What fun would there be in that? No, that punishment is too light. Send in Lee Joon, it's about time we test his skills. Have him find out all the information he can, and then have him eliminate her. I want him to feel the loss he has put me through." His voice was rough, angered, yet calm. His hands lowered against the desk as he leaned back into the chair. No, he wouldn't give that bastard a chance to save his daughter. She would fall prey to the same betrayal her father had given his company; it was a beautiful plan. One that would come together without much trouble. "How long until elimination?" "Two months. That should give Joon more than enough time. I don't care how he does it, but get it done. I want her father found, and I believe she knows where he is." "What of Han Sol?" "Place the blame of her death on him. I want to see her father fall to his knees. You are dismissed, Tae Hyun. On your way out, send in Tiffany; I need to have a word with her." He said, waving his hand, and without as much as a farewell, the man Tae Hyun - nodded and turned towards the door. This was his day to day life; reporting, taking on missions and handing them out to the awaiting party. His position was highly respected, and it had taken him years to reach it. Leaving the room, he walked to the front desk; his dark gaze turning over to the girl sitting in the chairs. She was beautiful, yet dangerous and far from the type he desired. "You're up, girl." He said, as he passed her; he gave her no room to greet him, and he could hear her heels click clack against the floor as she walked to the Boss's office. He silently wondered what she was here for, but quickly pushed the thought aside. It was his business, and he had far more important matters to attend to. Stepping inside the elevator, he pushed the button to the bottom floor and watched as the doors closed. [ Seoul University, 3:45 p.m. ] "Are you kidding me!? This isn't even close to being possible!" Huffing her cheeks out in a angry huff, the girl crossed her arms over her chest; eyes rolling upwards as she roughly turned her head to the side. Eyes setting into a glare as she glanced at her friend; whom offered a sheepish grin as he rubbed the back of his neck. "Yah, you're being a bit... over dramatic, don't you think, chingu?" He spoke, biting the corner of his lip as her glare deepened. He couldn't help but feel amused, especially when her cheeks puffed out as she ducked her head in anger.

"Well, one of us has to be. You're far too calm, for someone that claims doubbikki is his favorite food. How could they move the stand, huh? Every day, when class would end, we'd come to that stand! That very one!" she whined, tilting her head back; closing her eyes against the harsh light of the sun. She heard the faint chuckle of her friend, and stuck out her lower lip in a pout. "We'll find another stand. A better one, HunChae." He reasoned, gently knocking his shoulder against her own in an attempt to comfort her. Instead of being pelted with a random object or pushed aside, he felt the weight of her head against his shoulder; causing him to blink at her; his hair falling in his eyes. "Nae, we'll find a better one! That ajusshi will regret moving without notice, ne, Jun Hyung?" She said with a smile, nearly forgetting that it was close to time for her to retreat to class and leave the comfort of her friend's side. He softly chuckled, shaking his head at her as he lifted his arm, wrapping it around her shoulders. "Pabo-yah. Let's go before we're late, ne?" he suggested, dragging her along as she laughed; unaware of the figure watching them as they walked towards the building. It was with Chae Rins sudden realization that she paused in her place, her gaze darting around, before she turned her chocolaty gaze to her best friend; brows furrowing in thought. Jun Hyung we dont have class together today, she said, earning yet another throaty laugh from him. Of course not, pabo-yah; I was just waiting to see when you would notice. Better run or youre going to be late, he teased, earning a playful smack from her before she shook her head; running off without another word. Yah! Chae Rin-ah! Dont trip and fall, arasso!? He yelled a lazy grin on his lips. Lifting the headphones to cover his ears, he walked into class. Thankfully, their buildings were close by, even then the length between them felt like a far off distance. Despite her desire to remain in America, she had slowly begun adjusting to the culture. What had made it even better was Jun Hyung, and the ways that he had made her feel more than welcome to join his group of friends. The rumors were that they called themselves BEAST, or B2ST; either way she had thought it a bit odd at first, but slowly opened up to it. They were a blast, and Yeosb was possibly the most adorable one out of the group; not to mention hilarious. Though, her favorite of them all was Jun Hyung; he was her best friend, despite the times that he could be an ass; she always felt more comfortable around him. More understood. Shaking her head from the thoughts, she glanced around. The campus was empty, save for the handful or so of students roaming around. Some, like her, were late getting to class. Others possibly leaving; with a heavy sigh she made her way to the double doors, slowly pushing them open. Popping her head inside, she gently gnawed on her lower lip; doing her best to tiptoe in. The Professor was already giving his lecture, and she silently promised herself to get notes from a classmate later. Making her way to one of the empty seats she would have made it, if the doors didnt have a nasty habit of slamming shut. Jumping a bit, her eyes quickly shut, her breath catching in her throat; knowing full and well that all eyes were on her. Miss Ryu, nice of you to join us. This is what? Your third time this week? He inquired, shaking his head; slender fingers pushing the glasses up the bridge of his nose. A sigh from him was enough to have her holding her breath, awaiting the worst. I do hope you have a valid excuse, Miss Ryu, or else Im afraid this will be your last time in this class The warning was enough to have her stomach drop, her lips parting in a quite gasp. Nothing wrecked her mind, not a scrap of a lie that she could throw his way. I I Its my fault. I got lost, and asked her to show me around, a deep voice said from behind her, causing Chae Rin to turn her head; so that she could get a good look at him. He was handsome, to say the least, and the aura around him spoke volumes. Dark hair that framed his face; which was a very alluring piece of art. His eyes were beautiful, deep brown, almost black. A nose that looked far beyond perfect, and his lips pink luscious lips that were full and inviting. She felt her heart halt to a stop within her chest, gaze lifting to his eyes, and the amused looked he sent her way had her cheeks aflame. He had watched her looking at him! Quickly turning her head to the professor; she meekly nodded; having caught the last bit of his question.

Find your seats, and Miss Ryu, this is your last warning. Do not be late for my class, he said, and within an instant he was picking up from where he had left off. Releasing the breath she hadnt realized she was holding she walked to one of the empty seats, setting her bag at her feet as she got out her books; taking what notes she could. She hadnt realized that the empty seat beside of her had been taken, until she felt the person kick against her foot. Blinking, she glanced down and followed the long leg; her gaze lifting until she was looking at the guy from before. Her lips parted slightly, and she felt the blush on her cheeks rising once more. Shouldnt you thank me? His deep voice cut into her thoughts, causing her to dumbly nod; though she quickly shook her head, brows furrowing. I didnt ask for your help Honestly, who did he think he was? Waltzing in and playing hero, as if she was some damsel in distress. Although, she had been, that didnt mean she couldnt have pulled together some lie. It wasnt that hard, but then again, perhaps it was her stubborn pride that refused to let her openly express the gratitude that she felt. It was obvious that you needed it, he replied, leaning back in his chair; gaze turning to the front of class. She had a bad feeling that he was up to something, but what remained up for debate. Listen, I just want to get these notes and get out of here, arasso? I dont need you acting like a Miss Ryu, is there something youd like to share with the class? The professor asked, causing her gaze to look forward; her lips parting. That ass! He did this on purpose! Biting her lower lip, she quickly shook her head; shrinking back in her seat. Keep quiet then. Now, as I was saying he went on, droning about whatever nonsense he wanted to spew. Closing her eyes, she inwardly groaned; lower lip jetting out in a pout. She felt the guy staring at her, but she refused to look at him. I can feel you staring she whispered, low enough that he would be able to hear. She heard him snicker, and quickly shifted her gaze to him; glaring. Dont blame me, you said so yourself, you didnt ask for my help he defended, shrugging his shoulders. Although he was facing forward, he glanced at her from the side. Instead of replying to him, she returned her attention to taking notes; ducking her head so that she could keep herself from getting into any more trouble. Honestly, out of all of the teachers, why did she have to have one that liked to make her feel as if she was being singled out? Ugh; she just wanted to snack on of doubbikki and hang out with her friends. Was that so much to ask?
