Work Description

1-11) Coordinator, Competitions or Events The coordinators shall be the the overall in-charge of all aspects of the particular event/ competition. They shall be responsible for conceptualizing new and innovative additions or modifications to the list of competitions. They shall work in coordination with the Hospitality team to ensure participation of high quality and quantity. They shall be responsible for contacting the judges, quizmasters, jam masters etc and. to take care of their hospitality. They shall work with the Show Management team to ensure that all requirements are met. 12) Coordinator, India Haat India Haat is a display of the unique cultural facets of our country, comprising of dances, musicals and other cultural performances. The coordinators shall be responsible for inviting cultural teams from various state cultural organizations or otherwise, to perform under the banner of India Haat. They shall also be responsible for the hospitality of these teams, as well as cater to the showm requirements of these groups, along with the show management team. 13) Coordinator, Kavi Sammelan Kavi Sammelan is a common stage to showcase poetic talents,both young and old. The coordinators shall be responsible for inviting poets of varied genres to the event, looking after their hospitality and framing the format of the event, in coordination with the show management team. 14) Executive, Design and Web Team The Senior Design Executives shall be responsible for the designing of the collaterals related to the festival which include the posters, brochures, banners, backdrops, letterheads, certificates, t-shirts etc. Also, they shall be responsible for the SAC dcor during the festival and giving creative ideas to make the festival visually more appealing. They shall be responsible for the design and maintenance of the Antaragni website. 15) Executive, Finance Finance executives shall be responsible for the following: a. Assisting Head, Finance in management of bills, tenders etc. b. Ensuring distribution of merchandise(T shirts etc.) during and before the festival. c. Working in coordination with the coordinators of other events to arrange for accommodation and travel of all the celebrities, judges etc. coming to Antaragni'11. 16) Executive, Marketing Marketing Executive shall be responsible for the following: a. Getting sponsorship for Antaragni '11. b. To look after the branding of the sponsors and to ensure that all the terms of the MoUs are honoured.

c. To ensure proper hospitality of the representatives of the sponsors during the festival. d. To ensure that all the post fest materials that need to be sent to the sponsors are dispatched in time. 17) Executive, Media and Publicity The responsibilities of the executives will include : i. ii. iii. iv. v. Contacting media companies. Creating content for publicity. Making promotional videos for Antaragni12. Management of the video coverage during the festival. Management of Information dissemination during the festival through Control Desk etc.

18) Executive, Show Management Show Management is the backbone of any festival. The success of a festival is measured by how well organized it is and the ease with which events are conducted. Show Management Executives shall be responsible for the following: a. Planning out the procurement details well in advance to ensure that no 11th hour adversities restrict the scope of the festival. b. Continuous interaction with coordinators of other events to understand their plans, subsequent needs and regularly updating them. c. To ensure smooth conduction of events. 19) Coordinator, Synchronicity The coordinators of Synchronicity will be responsible for the conduction of both the final night and the competition. With regard to the final night the coordinators will be responsible for contacting the professional band and their hospitality. With regard to the competition, they will be responsible for contacting bands, getting prizes and sponsorship and the hospitality of the competing bands. 20) Coordinator, Professional Shows The coordinators of the professional shows will be responsible for finding artists and their hospitality on campus. Artists will include those for the Opening Night, Blitzkrieg and other filler performances (e.g. Sand Artists, Street Painting Artist). A major part of their work will involve contacting various embassies and coordinating artist arrangements with them. 21) Senior Executive, Model United Nations Their work will include a. Conference Services and Logistics : The Senior Executive would be In- Charge of the entire Show Management aspect of the conference. Major part of the work load would be during the event. b. Delegate Relations and International Press : The Senior Executive would have to ensure Country Allocation and Subsequent Hospitality of the Delegates and the International Press Members of all the councils. c. Design, Publicity and Research : The Senior Executive would be the face of the event. He/she would be In-charge of the Run up events, Public fourms , Updating Web Site info etc. All the Senior Executives would work in coordination with the Secretary General (Head) on finalizing the Agenda and other miscellaneous tasks

22) Coordinator, Hospitality & Transport Hospitality forms the backbone of the festival. The hospitality coordinators shall be responsible for all aspects of the festival related to the participants. They will be responsible for inviting various colleges to our festival and hence ensuring good, quality participation in all the events and competitions. They will also have to look after the hospitality of the participants during the festival. They will have arrange for the accommodation of all the participants and their respective faculty members. They shall also be responsible for the registration formalities of all the participants. And this year, the hospitality cell is being further widened and the transport cell has been added into this coordinators responsibilities. All the shuttle service details(if applicable) would be looked upon by this coordinator. 23) Executive, Public Relations Public Relations mainly comprises, conduction of workshops, exhibitions, talks, India Inspired. The work of the executives will involve inviting concerned people for the same and their hospitality. However,there is always possibility of adding something new and/or expanding the already existing ones. 24) Coordinator Junoon Junoon is a band Competition spanning over the entirety of Indian musical forms. The coordinators will be responsible for contacting bands, getting prizes and sponsorship and the hospitality of the competing bands. They will be responsible for contacting the judges and to take care of their hospitality. They shall work with the Show Management team to ensure that all requirements are met.
