Bowerman 1419 College Ave Visalia, CA 93277 September 24, 2012 VIA US MAIL VIA EMAIL MICHAEL GOSS 1119 Twelfth Street Modesto, CA 95354 RE: Child Protective Services & Medical Procedure for Olivia Bowerman - Continued Alienation Dear Mr. Goss Despite your clients best attempts to alienate me from my children and continue denying me visitation, I was able to spend some brief moments with my children this Saturday September 22nd. Child Protective Services - Concealment and Child Intimidation In talking with Olivia, she mentioned that she had been interviewed by CPS and that her father had threatened her not to speak to me about it. I asked Elizabeth about the woman from CPS and if the woman had treated her nicely. Elizabeth was extremely hesitant and looked fearful. Elizabeth indicated that the woman from CPS had treated her nicely. When I inquired further, Elizabeth became very fearful and stated she didnt want to get into trouble with her father. I have two serious issues with both your client and your law ofces regarding the CPS issue; 1. Why have I not been notied by your client or your ofces that Child Protective Services have spoken with my children and that there may be an investigation and further that my children may be in danger or have been harmed? It appears your ofces and your client is continuing to withhold information about the childrens health and well being from their mother. According to the advocacy groups and state agencies I am consulting with, this is a big problem for your client. 2. Your client continues to create maternal alienation and child abuse by threatening and emotionally abusing the children in an effort to withhold critically important

parenting information from me. Again, my research indicates this is particularly problematic for your client. I am formally requesting that your ofces immediately provide me with all or any documentation related to Child Protective Services involvement with my children. I also request the contact information for any Child Protective Services personnel known to be associated with the case in any manner. I expect a complete report of exactly what prompted the agency to become involved, what actions they have taken and any further actions that have planned. Concealment of Medical Procedure for Olivia - Physical and Emotional Damages During my brief visit, Olivia updated me on her ongoing stomach issues and the constant stress and anxiety she is experiencing since starting school and being forced to reside with Mr. Bowerman by virtue of the falsied and fraudulent custody related document forwarded to me via the US Mail by your son, Mark Goss. Olivia informed me that her medical appointments for her stomach pains have resulted in the scheduling of a severe diagnostic procedure involving the invasive insertion of a scope down her throat. She has been further informed that there is the danger that the procedure could result in a puncture of her stomach or intestine as samples will be taken during the arthoscopic procedure. Olivia is terried of the procedure and begged me to be sure I was there for her. I am shocked and dismayed that this medical procedure has been diagnosed and conrmed with absolutely NO NOTIFICATION to me, Olivias mother. Mr. Goss, what is wrong with your client and your law rm? Why do you continue to harm my children and assist Mr. Bowerman in isolating the children and alienating them from their mother? I am speechless and shocked. This behavior is abusive and reprehensible. Will you please display some character, some compassion, some decency and provide me with all the relevant documentation and information regarding Olivias condition, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis? This constant stress that Olivia is living under with her father is exacerbating her stomach condition. Mr. Bowermans continued efforts to alienate Olivia from me and inhibit our visitation time is clearly emotionally and physically abusive to Olivia. His attempt to conceal the upcoming procedure from me and then leading Olivia to believe she would undergo the procedure alone, without me being there, is simply cruel...period. I look forward to the prompt receipt of the requested information. Regards,
