Should you be elected, what are three specific areas you d like to change, address , improve or further research, and how specifically would you go about it?: If elected, the three areas that I'd like to improve are: 1. Economic development - currently the city does not have an Economic Developm ent Director, I would establish an Economic Development Committee, and hire a grant writer to secure grants for economic development purposes and to meet other fiancial objectives. 2. Finances - I would improve the city's financial stability by: Auditing each of the departments and their processes to determine the areas requ iring process improvement; and proceed to correct the problems. Also, I would vigilan tly provide oversight into the financial decisions, and books. For the current outstanding State Audit findings, I would establish a timeframe to resolve them. I would ex amine the capital expenses and determine areas of improvement. I would partner with the s chools on services contracts, and get involved with the union negotiations; I would sell m ost of the cityowned properties. 3. Safety - I would increase safety, by working with the county Sherif, the Rich mond Heights police chief, and the police department to determine the means of increasing the safety forces and their visability. I would work towards the establishment of best practices which can be utilized t o ensure the safety within the community.

I have improved processes for many large and small corporations throughout the country. I have w orked on city council, and have made many decisions to aid in moving the city forward.
