I am going to ask you a series of questions about your health and fitness habits, as well as questions about your technology usage. The data we collect will remain confidential. The Flex not only tracks activity, but also calories burned and quality of sleep. It tracks this information automatically and wirelessly to computers and mobile devices where personal information can be entered and stored to keep track of your goals. 26.
