AUDIT DOCUMENTATION
Knowing what to do is one thing, but having a full document pack that satisfies quality control, base regulator requirements and can maintain operating efficiency, is another.
(management letters)
If you have clients with self managed funds they will be talking to you about specific super strategies and the tax and SIS impacts. Whether it is transition to retirement, borrowing through their SMSF, taking their fund into pension phase, segregation or accessing anti detriment payments we will take you through each of these. Well explain them in detail and outline at a practical level what is required and the issues you should be mindful of.
During the day we will look at our case study and some of the exercises, designed to test your thinking on the key areas of your audit. Dealing with real life scenarios, typical to what you face, is one of the most effective forms of learning. You have the opportunity to not only share your thinking but to hear what your colleagues in the room think. And of course we will give you our answers.
