Perfectly suited to
serve as dessert,
Peggy has created an
exclusive range of
fresh patisserie style cakes with six individual
designs in an array of summer sorbet colours,
each available to order from her Boutique
Bakery in Belgravia.
To ensure that every Peggy Porschen wedding
cake is unique and special to the Bride and
Groom, each design has its own customisation
options to choose from which range from
the flavour of the filling, to the colours and
design details. The Patisserie Collection
provides an alternative to traditional iced
designs and is inspired by a desire to focus
on fresh ingredients, taste and flavour using
buttercream design details and luxury truffles.
The Patisserie Cake Collection requires
a shorter lead time than Peggys Iced Wedding
Cake Collection with prices starting
from as little as 350.

is in the simplicity of its one
flawless hand-crafted sugar peony
which floats above fresh
peach-coloured buttercream

This stunning Marie Antoinette
inspired design is based on a
Croquembouche, the traditional
French wedding cake. Each of the
four tiers is covered with antique pink
marzipan and decorated with row
upon row of Pink Marc de Champagne
smooth-centred and pale pink
chocolate coated, delicately dusted
artisan truffles which encase Peggys
delicious strawberry & Champagne
cake filling. Layers of light vanilla
sponge are soaked with a Champagne
syrup and filled with Peggys own

Before choosing your design it is
important to consider how the
cake will be served. If you wish
to serve the cake as dessert you
should consider how the flavour
will complement the main menu.
HOW MANY GUESTS WILL THE CAKE
NEED TO SERVE?
It is important to consider how
many portions your cake needs
to provide and whether you
intend to serve party portions
or full dessert slices. If you only
have a small number of guests
but would like a large cake to
display, we can include dummy
tiers. Likewise, should you require
additional servings to the main
cake we can provide additional
cutting cakes. Prices are available
on request; please contact us for
a quotation.
WHERE WILL YOUR CAKE
BE DISPLAYED?
Peggy Porschen Patisserie Cakes
are designed to withstand
reasonable display conditions,
however, due to their fresh dairy
nature; the cakes are vulnerable
to heat and light damage and as
such are unsuitable for summer
marquee or outdoor weddings.
We would advise against
positioning the cake in direct
sunlight, beside candles or under
spotlights for extended periods
of time.
Your cake should ideally be
stored chilled for as long as
possible before display.
Once displayed, we would
recommend that the cake is
kept within room temperature
conditions, no warmer than 23
Degrees Celsius.
CAKE STAND HIRE
We offer a variety of cake stands
for hire or purchase suited to
tiered patisserie cakes. Please
note that cake stand hire is only
available if ordered with a cake.
Hired cake stands need to be
returned within 3 working days of
your event. Alternatively we can
pre-arrange collection from your
venue for an additional charge.

WILL YOU USE FRESH FLOWERS TO
PRESENT YOUR CAKE?
Our cake prices do not include
fresh flowers. If you intend to
decorate the cake with fresh
flowers, we recommend that
these are provided by your
florist to ensure that your cake
decoration perfectly coordinates
with your reception flowers
and bouquet.

When to order your cake
Delivery and collection
In order to provide you with
the best service possible, we
require sufficient time to design
and process your commission.
The Patisserie Cake Collection
requires a minimum of 3
weeks lead time, although we
will always do our utmost to
accommodate all orders.
Bookings are taken on a first-
come, first-served basis and we
reserve the right to decline. For
weddings from May to September
we recommend ordering your
cake as early as possible to avoid
disappointment, alternatively you
can reserve your date with a 300
non-refundable holding deposit
and decide on your design at a
later date.
DELIVERY
As part of our service we offer
delivery and set-up within
central London, however, as
we can only carry out a limited
number of personal deliveries
each day, advance booking is
highly recommended during
the wedding season. We will
liaise with your venue to
schedule a delivery slot and
to check that all arrangements
for assembly such as the cake
stand and cake table have been
taken care of. Due to the fresh
nature of the Patisserie Cakes,
they need to be transported
and stored chilled, and as such
they are unsuitable for delivery
outside of Central London. Our
delivery service is available
within the following postcodes
W1, SW1, SW2, SW3, SW8, SE1,
WC1, WC,2, EC1, EC4, EC2, SE1,
SE11 and will be charged at a
flat fee of 60.
COLLECTION
Should you wish to collect your
cake from the Peggy Porschen
Parlour, we will provide you
with full transport, assembly
and storage instructions where
required. Please note that once
collected, the full responsibility
for the safety of the cake is
with the client and Peggy
Porschen Cakes Ltd is not
liable for any damages
thereafter.
DESIGN & CUSTOMISATION
Each cake has its own unique
customisations options, the
customer can only choose
from the options given. All
tiers must be the same flavour.
Customisation of your chosen
design may affect the prices
advertised. Prices are available
on request.

Peggy Porschen Patisserie
Wedding Cakes contain butter,
gluten (wheat) and eggs and are
made in an environment that
handles nuts, soya and alcohol.
Nut-free and alcohol-free cakes
can be made on request but we
cannot guarantee that these
cakes will not contain trace
amounts of these ingredients
due to the nature of production.
Peggy Porschen Cakes Ltd
accepts no liability for
customers suffering allergic
reactions from eating our cakes.
It is the customers
responsibility to make Peggy
Porschen Cakes Ltd aware of
any special dietary requirements
that need to be accommodated
in the making of their cake.
PAYMENT & DEPOSIT
Customers will receive a clear
breakdown of which costs apply
to what aspects of the cake. A
deposit of 25% of the total bill
is required in order to confirm
your order. Deposits are non-
refundable.
The final balance must be paid
21 days prior to completion
although payment can be made
earlier if you wish. Where the
order is placed within 21 days
of completion, then payment
will be due in full on placing
the order. Failure to complete
payment by 21 days prior to
order completion may result in
your cake order being cancelled.
We may charge interest on
overdue invoices from the
date when payment becomes
due until the date payment is
received at a rate of four per
cent per annum above the base
rate of the Bank of England.
Should your cheque be
dishonoured and returned
unpaid by the bank, then we
shall be entitled to charge a
fee of 25 per dishonoured
cheque in addition to interest.
If you hire a cake stand, we
charge a deposit of 300, which
will be refunded on return of
the undamaged cake stand, or
withheld to cover any damage
to or loss of the cake stand.
We will add the cake stand hire
charge to your invoice, but if
the cake stand is returned later
than agreed we will charge
the additional daily rate, by
deducting it from
your deposit.
CANCELLATION & ALTERATIONS
If you have any queries or need
to make any changes to an order
please contact us immediately.
We will assess your request
for an alteration and let you
know its effect on the price
and any agreed timetable.
Alterations requested less than
21 days before completion will
automatically be subject to a
surcharge. We cannot refund
the cost of any cake orders
cancelled with less than 21 days
notice. In the unlikely event that
we have to cancel your order
for any reason, then we will give
you as much notice as possible,
and discuss the matter with
you and try to agree a suitable
alternative. If you are not
willing to accept our suggested
alternative, then we will refund
the full price to you.
DELIVERY
Delivery is available within the
following postcodes
W1, SW1, SW2, SW3, SW8, SE1,
WC1, WC,2, EC1, EC4, EC2, SE1,
SE11 and a flat fee of 60 will be
charged. Delivery is dependent
upon availability and advance
booking is highly recommended.
Once delivered and signed
for, the full responsibility for
the safety of the order is with
the client and Peggy Porschen
Cakes Ltd is not liable for any
damages thereafter.

Customers may choose to

Peggy Porschen Parlour in
Londons Belgravia.
Peggy Porschen Cakes Ltd will
provide the customer with full

Please note wedding cakes
can be very heavy and large and
the components may come in
several boxes. They may not
be suitable for transporting
via public transport. We
would recommend using an air
conditioned vehicle to ensure
that temperatures remain below
23 degrees celsius.
DAMAGES
In the unlikely event that your
order arrives damaged, it is the
customers responsibility to
report the damage to us within
48 hours and send photographic
evidence of the damage within
7 working days if you wish to
claim a refund or replacement.
Peggy Porschen accepts no
liability for cakes that are
damaged after they have
been delivered to the agreed
location.
For cakes delivered to venues,
Peggy Porschen Cakes Ltd
requires a signed delivery note
by the person in charge to
say that the cake has arrived
and that it arrived in perfect
condition.
Cakes collected from the Peggy
Porschen Parlour must be
checked by the customer, who
must sign to say that the cake
has been collected in perfect
condition. Damages after this
point are not Peggy Porschen
Cakes Ltds responsibility.
All Peggy Porschen wedding
cakes are fragile and require
care and attention when
handling, storing and displaying.
Please pay careful attention
to our transportation and
storage instructions that will be
provided with the cake.
