The genre for stolen would be drama/crime/mystery. There is a sense of romance, which could be used within the drama genre, however, there are often people running and the title suggests there is crime present within the film.

The genre for this film would be horror as various conventions had been used throughout the sequence. The writing of fonts is used in red, connoting blood and danger. The shot where blood is shown on a figures hand creates an eerie sense, and also various dark colours has been used further emphasising the genre. Wide shots had been used to show the house and other various shots where people are seen drinking and running within the woods. n e!tra wide shot had also been used to show the surroundings of the forest.
