pening the Energy with the /ainbow Man E0ercise

The Indalo or /ainbow Man E0ercise is 'ery helpful when done before the attunement starts, whether it is a single degree attunement or a Multile'el Master Attunement. Teacher or Teachers and students do this together. The Teacher does the asking for each step. The e0ercise opens the /ainbow %ridge and the !ircle of &ight. The !ircle of &ight is the gathering of Ascended 1riends, Angels, $uides, &ight %eings and Ascended Masters and ur !reator who work together with the Teacher and +tudents during the Attunement. The !ircle of &ight is always open for anyone who wishes to enter. The &ight within comes from the !reator down the Main !hord and all the way through all the chakras and grounds the energy so that there is a deeper healing during the Attunement.

The Teacher then places the students hands palms together in prayer position in front of the heart. The Teacher holds the students hands between theirs and breathes all three Attunement %reaths. n the E0hale of the %reath of ;ma and %rahman the teacher blows the breath from the *ground- feet up the front of the student and all the way up to the si0th chakra abo'e the head and beyond. The teacher then goes around back of the student a places their hands abo'e the students head about : inches apart, palms facing each other. The teacher then breathes All three Attunement %reaths as long as they are led to do so. "ou may #ray in the +pirit at this time. The teacher then goes around to the front of the student and in'ites the student into the !ircle of &ight on the Eight fold #ath. +ee below.

!losing The Attunement with The !ircle of &ight

At the end of the attunement the Teacher stands in front of the student or students at position = and says >Enter the the !ircle of &o'e> on the path whose steps are: The teacher then proceeds to name one of the steps of the eightfold path at each of the eight positions of the circle around the student. +imply say >/ight 5iew> at position = and then mo'e to position 2 and say /ight Intent, mo'e to position 4 and say /ight +peech etc. until you ha'e done all eight steps. Then return to position = and +ay >(e welcome you into the !ircle of &ight>. Then the teacher bows and says ,amaste.
