CHAIR PROJECT

CLEVELAND ROW HOUSES

In
this project I created detailed construction documents and performed energy modeling using Revit. Townhouses were constructed on this reclaimed inner-city site located near the heart of Clevelands vibrant little Italy neighborhood. Each compact residence features the option of a green roof terrace with trellis, as well as shielded insulated glass facades that frame dramatic views of little Italy and the University Circle neighborhood surrounding the urban site.

VILLA SAVOYE

ONE ADC 163 - DIGITAL DOCUMENTATIONSTUDIO IN CONSTRUCTION

CCP C.C.P

Villa Savoye is a modernist villa in Poissy, in the outskirts of Paris, France. It was
designed by Swiss architects Le Corbusier and his cousin, Pierre Jeanneret, and built between 1928 and 1931 using reinforced concrete. Estimates of the cost in February 1929 were approximately half a million Francs, although this excluded the cost of the lodge and the landscaping elements (almost twice the original budget). This was my

EAST WEST CENTER OF APPLIED ART

STUDIO ADC 159 - STUDIO II ONE

CCP C.C.P

In this project I created a gallery to show international

work in the applied arts. It will also need to be transformed, at least in part, into a space that can be used for small conferences as a forum to discuss cross-cultural issues, especially those between East and the West. In this project I developed a design that concerns exterior and interior within a demanding urban context. In addition develop solutions to vertical circulation and response to climate, in this case the building exposure to sunlight on the west. The project will need to be developed from the inside out and the outside in.

K.E.S.C. GRID STATION

In this project I designed single steel flush doors and steel lover double
leaf doors. They are heavy duty doors since they are going to be use inside the grid station. K.E.S.C is electricity provider in that area and in this facility they have 240-volt transformer, hence they need something strong and durable.

This project is a single house and the area is around 580 square
feet. In this project my company designs the structure of the house and I draft the floor framing plans and underground water tank details. This house is built with reinforced concrete.

CHAIR PROJECT
The objective of this project was to design a cardboard chair out of four
cardboard sheets and which can hold a typical adult. I was inspired by George Nakashima furniture. My initial design failed because my chair leg wasnt strong enough. I changed the chair legs into a solid box shape that was enough strong to bear the weight. After solving the chair base problem I worked on the back support, which was not quite strong enough until I reinforced it with circular shape cardboard as a chair low rail and top rail.

NAKASHIMA WORKSHOP
The The object of this project was to create a rooftop studio addition to
an architecturally distinctive rowhouse on Delancey Place in Center City Philadelphia. The requirement of the project was that we have to design George Nakashima workspace inspired by his designs and approach to craft. The building faces south side so we have to use the sun light as much we can. Therefore the work space is located next to a large window that bring southern sun, so the users can have enough sun light to work with their tools. The conference room I design on the other side of the building so at the time of a meeting clients dont have to walk through the work place. The overall form is a pitched roof with exposed beams, subtly transformed to express the dynamism of Nakashimas designs.

HOUSE ON TOWN LINE ROAD

With a new structure, the architects responded to their clients passion
for barns by incorporating into the design traditional qualities of barns generous spaces, repetitive timber frame while creating a complex interior for modern living. They placed public living areas on the second floor and covered them with a wood-and-steel timber-framed ceiling. A skylight brings natural light into the upper level during the day. By night, the louvers and rain screen siding cladding the house causes it to appear like a lantern when the lights are on.
