VILLA SAVOYE
CCP C.C.P
Villa Savoye is a modernist villa in Poissy, in the outskirts of Paris, France. It was
designed by Swiss architects Le Corbusier and his cousin, Pierre Jeanneret, and built between 1928 and 1931 using reinforced concrete. Estimates of the cost in February 1929 were approximately half a million Francs, although this excluded the cost of the lodge and the landscaping elements (almost twice the original budget). This was my

CHAIR PROJECT
The objective of this project was to design a cardboard chair out of four
cardboard sheets and which can hold a typical adult. I was inspired by George Nakashima furniture. My initial design failed because my chair leg wasnt strong enough. I changed the chair legs into a solid box shape that was enough strong to bear the weight. After solving the chair base problem I worked on the back support, which was not quite strong enough until I reinforced it with circular shape cardboard as a chair low rail and top rail.

NAKASHIMA WORKSHOP
The The object of this project was to create a rooftop studio addition to
an architecturally distinctive rowhouse on Delancey Place in Center City Philadelphia. The requirement of the project was that we have to design George Nakashima workspace inspired by his designs and approach to craft. The building faces south side so we have to use the sun light as much we can. Therefore the work space is located next to a large window that bring southern sun, so the users can have enough sun light to work with their tools. The conference room I design on the other side of the building so at the time of a meeting clients dont have to walk through the work place. The overall form is a pitched roof with exposed beams, subtly transformed to express the dynamism of Nakashimas designs.

TRUBECK HOUSE
The objective of this project, the Trubeck house, was about to understanding to make models out of foam board and how to detail it from outside. This is a vacation cottage by the sea in Nantucket. In this project I mastered my model making skills.
