Wellness conclusion
! " In WB4, my overall intake of

Kcal was higher, this boosted Vitamin E, Calcium, and Fiber to goal levels without me having to eat specific foods to raise them. When planning the WB4, I thoughtfully used a wider range of fruits and vegetables. There was a major deficiency in Vitamin D, but I solved that by adding in milk and dairy.

Life Lesson
! " Man often becomes what he

believes himself to be. If I keep on saying to myself that I cannot do a certain thing, it is possible that I may end by really becoming incapable of doing it. On the contrary, if I have the belief that I can do it, I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it even if I may not have it at the beginning. Mahatma Gandhi
