! " In WB4, my overall intake of
Kcal was higher, this boosted Vitamin E, Calcium, and Fiber to goal levels without me having to eat specific foods to raise them. When planning the WB4, I thoughtfully used a wider range of fruits and vegetables. There was a major deficiency in Vitamin D, but I solved that by adding in milk and dairy.

It is easy to grow, is drought, heattolerant, and has few pests or diseases. Growing starts in late February in hot beds. Once the plants sprouts they are transplanted into growing beds or green houses. Plants mature in 100-120 days. The leaves and vegetation parts of the plant are removed then the potato is dug out of the ground.
