THE ARABIC INSTITUTE ENROLMENT POLICIES As of September 2013 Fees, Transfers & Withdrawals Administration fee A 35 S.R administration fee should be paid when enroll for the first time . Course fee 777S.R. per course - 15 hours General Arabic Short course 9977S.R. for two course - 30 hours General Arabic Long 6975 - 9937per level Avg. of 15 course hours Qalam program 627S.R. per month 12 hours Focus on listening and 9657S.R. per course 15 hours speaking* Dialects programme* 967S.R. per course 12 hours Qua'nic Arabic* 777S.R per course 12 hours *Course will be available soon Transfers Transfers from one course to another within are permitted only within the first two (2) weeks of the session and must be approved by THE ARABIC INSTITUTE. Transfers must be appropriate to ones level of Arabic as determined by THE ARABIC INSTITUTE. Any fees resulting from a class transfer must be paid at the time of transfer. When transferring from one course to another - in which the required material differs from the previously registered course - books that are in quality condition are exchangeable upon THE ARABIC INSTITUTE's discretion. Refunds

Scheduled and finalized makeup classes cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Auditing classes is prohibited . In the event that THE ARABIC INSTITUTE cancels a class due to weather or teacher absence, a make-up will be scheduled by the administration. No alternative make-up dates will be offered for students who are unable to attend the scheduled makeup class. Students may not make up a class by attending a class at the same level on a different day. Request to Repeat a Class THE ARABIC INSTITUTE reserves the right to request that a student repeat a course if it is deemed necessary before they are allowed to progress to a class at the next proficiency level . Terms of Payment Time Frame: Payments are required in full upon registration . Payment Method: payment can be paid in cash or check or money order (payable to THE ARABIC INSTITUTE). A fee of 30 S.R. will be applied towards bounced checks . Employer Tuition Reimbursement Procedures: When a student's employer pays course fees, an authorization letter from the employer is required. If an employer fails to pay the cost of a student's fees and material, THE ARABIC INSTITUTE will require the student to pay the tuition prior to the first class . Prorated Tuition: THE ARABIC INSTITUTE prorates tuition for long courses only; a written request shall be submitted within two (2) weeks by email to prior to the first class Discounts

Refund requests must be submitted at least three business days prior to the first day of the course with written notification by email to admin@aliandcompany.net , or by handwritten submission in person at our partner's location. A 35 S.R administration fee shall be deducted from the total purchase of the course. Please allow up to two weeks for reimbursements to be issued. Books are non-refundable. No refunds or credits for books, material and specialty exams . Course Cancellations & Changes THE ARABIC INSTITUTE reserves the right to cancel classes, adjust curriculum, and to change teachers during sessions if necessary without advanced notice. Courses are typically cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, unavailability of an instructor, or inability to schedule appropriate instructional space. If your course is cancelled, you will be notified by telephone or email and given the option to transfer, to receive a credit, or to receive a full refund . Make-up Classes At a price of 100 S.R an hour for an individual, and 180.00 per hour for two to three people, students are permitted to purchase up to four hours of one-on-one makeup class with an instructor.

Discounts and special offers will be announced accordingly . Early Bird Discount Currently enrolled students may receive an Early Bird discount on their next course when they register within the first two weeks of registration . Additional Policies Lost Belongings: THE ARABIC INSTITUTE is not responsible for any lost belongings. A lost and found is located at the 3rd floor reception desk. Telephone Use & Food Policy: Use of cellular phones is not permitted in classrooms. Eating and drinking are not permitted in classrooms.
