3: Selection of persons/units under compulsory attendance and their specific duties, specifically for phases 1 and 2 4: Selection of the corresponding businesses and products to be produced and delivered during all phases, and/or until phase of 4 the pandemic. Suppliers and customers of the firm, internally or externally, should be factored into these processes 5: Microbiological security measures for personnel and on the way should be appropriately ensured; (i.e., surgical masks; hand / shoe / surface / aerial disinfection ) 6: Medical and psychological assistance for personnel should likewise be considered and included in the plan 7: Microbiological security measures for the buildings should be appropriately ensured (i.e., common areas such as meeting rooms, waiting rooms, elevators, toilets, corridors; work surfaces; shoe disinfection; car tire disinfection, etc.)

8: Develop alternatives to the current selling / client servicing methods should be developed and tested. Emergency provisions for internet and/or telephones capability should be prepared as early as possible, ready for deployment by phase 3 of the Pandemic (I.e., purchasing through internet and/or via phone-in orders; home delivery and hand over via security door. 9: Prepare for personnel shortages (up to 50%) and their replacement: (i.e., women with children who will have to stay home by phase 4 when schools are closed; other healthy employees who must stay home to care for infected family members, etc.) 10: Disinfect the air-conditioning system in case of infection in the workplace through shock dosage using a suitable disinfectant. 11: Develop plans to ensure the smooth resumption of all activities after the Pandemic, especially those which were closed in phase 4 or 5.
