A. Document Preparation Preparing closing documents including custom forms, Reviewing HUD for clearance, Clearing approval conditions. B. Post-closing Services Forward collateral package to warehouse bank, Combine additional closing documents with package, Receive closing package, put in stacking order according to investor's requirements. Scan original closing package and other pertinent documents with the ability for the Correspondent Lender to download and/or view files. C. Additional Responsibilities Preparing Loan for Underwriting. Escrow Analysis and updating the Closing Fees once loan comes for Closing. Performing HUD review and sending final documents to Title Company. Handling Escalation Emails from clients by communicating with the Closers and Title Company. Apart from daily production, handling the teams Production Tracker and Time Consolidation Tracker. Delivering the daily task to the client with 100% quality and TAT.

Documenting pertaining to Hardship of the borrower, Financials, Authorizations, Proof of Income & Tax returns Handling Process updates Maintaining the loan assignment queue Reviewing Vendor Documents Reviewing borrower documents Played a Major Role in Loan Processing.
